Loved this place! Spacious, delicious, clean, and comfortable coffee shop at a corner of an old building with rustic decor. Coffee was excellent, choice of light medium and medium dark beans. Loved the chiffon cake!! Yum!!! Gem!!!

Go early if you want clean photos because this spot fills up quick! We got there five minutes after opening on a weekday and I was surprised to find 4-5 tables already occupied. The menu isn’t extensive but what they do offer seems to be well made. The chiffon cake and milk tea I ordered were good and my bf also liked his coffee. Wouldn’t be surprised if there are a long wait times for this spot on weekends.

Pastries/desserts in the cafes are usually deeply tied to the trend, at least form wise. But once in a long while you'll get lucky to find something that makes the most sense out of them all. This was one of those moments.

Honeycomb candy was never my thing because they are usually very sticky or rough in my mouth. But here they mixed in the technique of sponge toffee to make it fluffy and delicate that crumbles into every bite. That, was a work of art.

this cafe is beautifully well designed, with a great vibe and beautiful coffee. No plastic, earth-friendly.
I got my black coffee take away, decent solid coffee !

Tiramisu and matcha taro cake are marvellous to me.
Especially, the combination of crunchy biscuit topping, fragrant chocolate powder and the wine flavoured ice cream bloomed in my mouth, what a wonderful dessert.

There are so many kinds of coffee and tea to choose from here. I tried cappuccino, and it tasted smooth and perfectly strong. And you have to try their original-flavored chiffon cakes, which are the best ones I've had recently! Will definitely visit here again.

整棟灰色建築，內部裝潢走老宅咖啡廳風格，位於轉角處，採光很好。
一樓的一半製作飲料的吧台，另一半是座位區，坐在這裡可以聞到咖啡香氣。

二樓有小型書架、長桌座位區，雙人座，還有靠窗的單人座位區，靠窗座位可以看到對面的耶穌聖心堂，中式建築的建築景致很特別。

內用沒有限制時間，有附插座，蠻多人帶筆電來辦公，低消一杯飲料，不收服務費，非常友善，平日人就蠻多的，服務很好。

蛋糕頂層放上店家熬煮的椪糖，椪糖有焦糖酥脆感，口感讓人驚艷！
戚風蛋糕體很濕潤，蛋糕本身甜度不高，淋上鮮奶油、跟焦糖口味椪糖搭配在一起很協調，更有層次！

🌟草莓抹茶蜜香香緹戚風 $350 季節限定
蛋糕頂層用了四顆新鮮草莓，內餡也有新鮮切片草莓搭配鮮奶油，用了蜂蜜提升香氣，蛋糕淋上抹茶醬，增添戚風蛋糕風味。

🌟窨茶花鮮奶茶 $190
窨茶將剛摘採下的鮮花與茶葉混合，茶葉會帶著淡淡的花香，微糖會提升茶葉的香氣，加上鮮奶後，茶香濃郁，鮮奶順口還有淡淡花香。

🌟美式黑咖啡 $130
黑咖啡很順口很好喝。

整體環境非常舒服，桌距算大，座位也不擁擠，座位旁大都有插座。

平日前往可以看到有人帶著筆電坐在店內，之前經過常常看到許多人排隊，但當天不需候位，也沒有限時。
店員很親切，不收服務費，低消每人一杯飲品，水杯自助式取用。

咖啡很順口，不會過重，很喜歡這支🥰
草莓抹茶戚風是屬於大眾抹茶，不是濃郁型的，但整體不會過甜，4寸蛋糕很適合跟朋友一起分著吃。

幾乎所有甜味跟味道都在主角碰糖上
伯爵戚風有茶味很香 蛋糕體濕潤很鬆軟
跟很多家的戚風相比 真的是好太多⋯
奶油很輕盈 奶味也不會很重
是一塊凸顯主角的好的好蛋糕
但是配角都不遜色表現很好
全部放到嘴裡 超驚艷 太久沒被食物嚇到了🥲
如果老闆只賣戚風本糕也可以賣180
因為真的有那個價值
物超所值 CP值好高 心情好好 我要哭了
重點：自己吃完不會膩🥺

在新竹開了好幾年的貳參咖啡
開門前就有好多人在門外排隊
果然是新竹市的人氣咖啡廳🥹
想坐喜歡的位子真的要早點到耶!!
