Maybe the best coffee in all of Taiwan. The attention to detail the baristas pay to their work is unparalleled. It is a close competition between ReEcho, UeUe, and Ink, but the precision and consistency in both ReEcho’s service and craft makes them my number one.

What a fun little coffee/tea shop hidden in Hsinchu. I loved the ambiance. Lots of locals were there to hang out or work and drink tea, etc. English-friendly menus helped me a lot, and my tea was served in an appealing little presentation. It was a great choice of place to hang out and read for a couple of hours while enjoying delicious tea.
