Great location in Hsinchu near a lot of markets and temples. Easy walk or taxi to train station (TRA not HSR)

711 right out the door. Sidewalks aren't great so just a warning if you're trying to cross the street. Lots of places to eat nearby!

We had breakfast included. Loved the turnip cakes and beef noodles soup (photo). They also had western food like cereal and eggs and toast.

The kids play area is great. Lots to do! It is open daily, I forget the exact time.

And the pool is split into a pool area that's colder and a warm sauna with jet showers and bubble massage chairs. The pool is only open in the evenings during the week and swim caps are required.

4.5 stars.
The good: Spacious rooms, clean, great service, reasonable prices, quiet.
The bad: super firm mattress. Hsinchu itself has very few entertainment / good options between 10pm-11am.

The ok: location is pretty good with nearby food options and a 24h Seven Eleven store. Breakfast has good selection but is basically identical every day.

Fantastic hotel and facilities. Rooms are very spacious and beds comfortable. There is a buffet breakfast which is delicious and caters for all. The restaurant is amazing and cheap with a 6 course meal costing less than 1000TWD. There is also a cafe just after reception which puts out great meals and also very cheap. The staff from management down are always smiling and ever helpful. Big thanks to Amy the manager for looking after me. Swimming pool, sauna and gym on the top floor along with a kids play area. Overall a fantastic stay and I will return.

Hotel in the centre of Hsinchu, very comfortable and clean, many amenities inside as laundry service, a recreation area for children, inclusive of a swimming pool, spa hot bad and a fitness room on upper floor . Relax !
