Very spacious and bright room equipped with water kettle, mini-fridge, hairdryer and 2 bottled water. Air-conditioning and wifi is strong.

Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. A convenience store is located opposite to hotel; a 24 hours supermarket is nearby within 10 minutes walk. Quite a lot of restaurants found in the neighborhood.

Excellent hotel, let's start by mentioning how friendly and helpful was their staff. Since arrival the lady in the front made it easy for us. I really appreciate than even if i arrive a little earlier they allow us to go into the room (we where so tired). The room is spacious, very clean and well equipt. I wish their sky bar was open (monday 6pm) but it was not, but nothing to fear since they have a big mall literally steps away. Many restaurants in the mall and also around the area. They offer a nice buffet which we enjoy and everything was good, (again) their staff super friendly and professional. The location is about 15-20 minutes from the airport, very convenient. Hightly recommend this hotel.

Great experience staying here, room is wide and spacious. Location is very convenient, with various convenience stores and a huge mall and bus stop just across the street. Service is amazing, always good to come back to a clean cozy room after a long day of outdoor activities 😁 Breakfast caters to international paletes too! Overall 10/10 experience ⭐🌟

Mrs Rafi was so helpful she helped me book a taxi and went beyond her duties to make sure i was ok with my travels.

Stayed there 5 nights & 6 days. Facility is maintained as well & room clean up is very good. Receptionists are sophisticated & kindly, and good speak English and/or Japanese. While stay, I focus for my job , thanks.

Great place to stay. 15 or so minutes from the airport. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and good service. Rates are also very good. I always stay here when I fly into Taiwan and it's late. Great place to rest before heading down to the southern areas. I can't think of anything they need to improve on. A+

*wheelchair accessible* Staff are super helpful, polite, and friendly. Their breakfast is not impressive but the lunch bentos are very delicious and various. Now they allocate two big spaces next to rye entrance for wheelchair parking. Lots of airlines crew stay at this hotel, many business solo-ers, and sometimes I see middle-aged Korean tour groups as well. Rooms are spacious and quiet. I think every room has a bathtub. Too bad that the electric sockets are away from bed, causing inconvenience. But in general, a very comfy stay. Many places to eat and shop nearby. Tai-mall is just a few steps away from the hotel. CVS across the street.

Rooms are big and the staff are excellent. Always smiling and courteous. You can find a good amount of local foods around the area. Bus connectivity to Taipei is good as well.

This is a perfect place to stay if on a business trip. Located close to the airport and next to Tai mall,this hotel has all the amenities for your luxurious stay and a pleasant staff to top that!
This hotel falls on the main Street alongside various banks and opposite a seven eleven store.

Spacious room and TaiMall is just right beside. A lot of eateries nearby and bus stop to the city just right opposite to the hotel. Japanese food at the restaurant are super good and at reasonable price.

Great staff! The breakfast spread is good but not great. More varieties should be provided rather than repetitive dishes.

Taxi easily available, hotel can arrange as well. Bus station across the road. On weekends Taimall beside the hotel have free shuttle bus to train station.
Nearby:
Taimall (a big shopping mall), kids play area, a few 7 elevens, salons, Carrefour, massage parlor, etc.
Food:
Decent choice. TheJapanese restaurant ia good
