DIOR Istanbul

Had a pleasant time in the store with Tevfik Sirin, a really good guy with excellent service.

For all of the bad reviews out here, i think it was just a mirror of how you behave.
The store is overcrowded, yes, there is a line, yes but there are enough sales associates for the size of the store so i think it’s got more to do with the customers. While others take their time drinking coffee and champagne and not keeping in mind that there are others outside waiting, some do TikToks & stories and all this ofc is delaying the entrance in the store of other people as well as keeping busy the sales associates as 1 person is designated for you/group/family and they have to wait for you to leave so they can attend other people. Not at Istinye but at Dior Zorlu just yesterday a woman passed the line, refused to give her name for checking in and get a line and went to sit on the couch directely. So have some common sense people!

All these being said, my experience at Dior has been always amazing (i am not Turkish) and i strongly recommend Mr. Kubilay, he is very kind and professional and gave me great advices. So thank you!

He was very nice and friendly and he helped us alot and was patient with us. And he always had a smile on his face, this is very important to me especially in brands stores.

Love this place because of the customer service. Please visit ask for Esra or Murat they will hook you up and make your experience at Dior a memorable one. Turkish hospitality is like no other. Enjoyed some çay and celebrated after purchasing my First Lady Dior handbag.

Look for Furqan he is so helpful and professional, and provides whatever you look for from other branches.

Сервис уровня Dior. Была небольшая очередь перед входом в магазин, но после входа - все идеально. Купили все, что хотели. Были вещи, которые были недоступны в европейских магазинах. Самые положительные впечатления и эмоции. Абсолютная противоположность магазину в Zorlu.
