CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul

We really enjoyed it here at CVK! The stuff is really friendly and helpful. We checked in and didnt like the room view so they promised to change the room with a better view once will be available one. And they did! It was really beautiful and nice! Will do it again for sure

To start, the ladies at the frontdesk were amazing and very helpful and friendly.
The room was spacious with partial view of the Bosphorus.
I liked the fact it's only few minutes walking from Takseem and all the shops and restaurants. Also you could walk to some of the attractions nearby, which we did enjoy.

The fitness center was huge and equipped with new machines. They also provide towels at the fitness center which is really a plus point (those who go to the gym understand me 😉).

Finally, special thanks to the concierge staff for arranging all of our site visits and newyear's celebration. Gigi you're the best! 🌹

The hotel location is great and the staff in general were nice and friendly. The room furniture is good. My booking included breakfast and the restaurant were very nice and beautiful and the food was delicious and it has a partial view to the Bosphorus. Finaallly i specialy would like to thank the restaurant team for their very nice and friendly behaviour ( metehan, umuf, elifnur, leyla and gegum) specially metehan has treated us very very nice and like i was his own friend.

Prime location, great service and very helpful staff.
We had a great time and enjoyed the exceptional food and service for a week.
Rooms are clean and well maintained.
Bathroom was clean and nicely designed to high standards.
Access to almost all tourist attractions very easy by taxi or a short walk to Ferry terminals and train station.
Highly recommended specially in high season.

One of the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left we were looked after by the wonderful hotel staff.

The charming Mr Berkhan made sure our rooms were up to scratch and even treated us to a complimentary Turkish Tea which tasted exquisite. He certainly deserves a pay rise for his exceptional level of hospitality.

My only criticism was the lack of choices in the breakfast buffet. However, this did not deter us from enjoying our stay.

We loved the hotel so much that we struggled to leave. If it wasn't for the beautiful sights of Istanbul we could have stayed in the hotel throughout the entire holiday.

From the minute you arrive at CVK, you are immersed in sophistication and luxury.

The hotel does not seem like a family-friendly hotel, with kids running around, people bustling in and out, and a 'warm' ambiance. Rather, it is sophisticated, classy, and has more of a professional atmosphere.

The entire hotel is beautiful, and our room was plush, comfortable, clean, neat, luxurious, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff and other room attendants provided us with excellent service.
The bed was so big and after my long days of walking and exploring the city of Istanbul, I would have the best sleep in the bed!

Breakfast was included in the stay, and I enjoyed the food. There was lots to eat and drink, and I loved the Turkish teas.

The location is fantastic, right outside the bus stop, for anyone wanting to use the public busses. It was also a close walk to the train station at Taksim Square. A simple 'Istanbul Card' gives you access to all public transport in Istanbul, and the public transport system works well, but it does get busy. I liked that it was fairly safe to use. There are also so many taxis outside the hotel, so traveling is very easy.

The famous Istiklal Street, near Taksim Square, is literally a few mins away from the hotel, so entertainment and dining options are not a problem. From Istiklal Street, if you continue walking down, you can also get to Galata Tower.
A short taxi ride is also a good idea to get to Galata Tower.
The hotel is close to the famous Dolmabahçe Palace, and it's easy to get to all other popular places as well, like Ortakoy, NIŞANTAŞI, Balat, and the SultanAhmet area.
My experience is that staying in Taksim and surrounding areas is better, as the hotels are newer and more modern than the older ones on the SultanAhmet side. However, it's a personal preference.
For me, CVK was in the perfect location to enable us to stay in luxury whilst still traveling all over the city to experience the different areas, restaurants, and activities.

Our return flight was very late, and the hotel allowed us a late checkout , and even after checking out, they stored our luggage and gave us access to the lounge, so that we could rest, use the bathroom, and eat, while waiting for the airport shuttle.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel and can not wait to visit again.

From the moment we entered the hotel, the welcome and attention of Mr. Salih at the reception and the cleanliness of the rooms made us feel at home. They did everything to make us comfortable during our family stay. I would recommend it to everyone.

Staying here for almost 2 weeks, today is our last day here and I just had to write a review. What a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service and great location. All employees are extremely helpful and friendly. We are a group of 6 and we booked one room in the hotel side and also a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom suite in the residential side. Both are modern, clean and well maintained. If you want extra comfort with full kitchen and washer and dryer then definitely consider the suite. You can’t go wrong at this hotel. Will miss the delicious food options, beautiful views, great people and short walk to Taksim square. Thanks for Making our stay amazing!

First time staying here at this beautiful hotel, the service has been high quality, and everyone is very very friendly! Loved coming here and going to their restaurant on the top floor, the view is to die for! Highly recommend staying at this hotel during your stay in Istanbul. You are also in a good location for some shopping around

Close to Taksim square, with a beautiful lobby. My room (1776) was Bosphorus view but had a few obstacles, I don’t know if the rest were better. Concierge service was very helpful.

Beautiful hotel. Great location in Istanbul. Away from the busyness of taksim but close enough to walk. Helpfull staff. We stayed at the prestige suites which is great for families.

On the second day one of the staff approached me and my family asking if they had given me a teddy bear for my kid, i said no and the staff handed us one, they also gifed us a voucher for a faicial treatment worth 180 euros which we didnt use.
Called in the middle of the night to get my bedsheets changed as my toddler vomited. The first replay i got was is he ok and do i need medical assistance which was a very plus points for them

Honestly blown away by this hotel and we've only been here one night! The first thing to say is that the staff are incredible. From check in to breakfast, everyone everywhere is so lovely and so helpful. The lady at check in gave our baby a teddy and she was in love with it! The staff at breakfast this morning were the most lovely and attentive I've ever seen. Very helpful and thoughtful. The room is beautiful, very spacious and clean and finished to a high standard. The location is also brilliant, right by taksim and was a fiver minute walk to a busy area with lots of shops and cafes. Can't speak highly enough about it!
