I recently stayed at Hotel Naz City Hotel Taksim and I was blown away by the experience! Right from the start, the staff were super helpful. They took the time to explain everything about the hotel, which I really appreciated.

The room was spotless and really comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. And the food? Absolutely amazing! Every meal was delicious, and the variety was great. Plus, the service was spot on - the staff were always on hand and nothing was too much trouble.

I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room too. It's little touches like this that make a big difference.

Overall, I can't recommend Hotel Naz City Hotel Taksim enough. If you're looking for a place to stay in Taksim, this is it. Great location, fantastic service, and all the amenities you could need. Definitely a five-star experience!

Very polite and helpful staff (they helped us to organize even some of our trips), clean rooms, excellent location, free WiFi, the hotel offers free shuttle to Taksim square. Have a good parking for the cars too, no need to worry. For us it’s just a matter of time to visit again Istanbul and use this nice hotel!

I’m staying in Naz City Hotel for 8 nights and from the first night I’m writing this review due to there good services. Staff are super friendly, delicious breakfast, and most importantly location is perfect 🙏🏼

Very professional staff. You feel like a king here. They just take care of you. I highly recommend that hotel. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, pretty nice spa area with small but great sauna.

Rare to find a hotel that matches the description and photos, this one does. From the moment we walked in we experienced 5 star facilities and services. Ece and Celal at reception went above and beyond for us. Delicious breakfast, free 24hr shuttle service to Taksim and other locations. Highly recommended

This is my first time here. The hotel is fabulous. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The location so far looks like we are in the middle of everything we want to do.

Great hotel with super friendly staff. Clean, spacious and welcoming. 5 star massage in the spa area. Great breakfast. The only thing better than the breakfast in the morning was being greeted by the most beautiful smile of a wonderful receptionist named Atusa. 👸🏽 5 star experience all around. Would come back!

The best hotel in Istanbul! Amazing staff members! Reception the best, helpful, always in the good mood, they will do everything for guest to feel comfortable! Shuttle service 24h amazing! Breakfast delicious! Room was excellent the most important CLEAN!!! Towels were smelling beautiful… I could write 5 pages… but you are simply the BEST! I will definitely come back. Thanks again! The staff is extremely friendly, the room spacious and clean.

The spa and massage are great, I highly recommend the spa and their massages, I got a "Deep Tissue Massage" made by Budi it was incredible!
