Stunning Masjid with some of the most beautiful architecture you will witness, located right next to Besiktas Port. The masjid is extremely different from the others with a gold/yellow them throughout. Another Masjid you must definitely see in Istanbul.

Very beautiful mosque with very beautiful architecture, and that’s no wonder as the architect of the mosque is Mimar Sinan, it was built for Sinan Pasha, a Grand Admiral of the Ottoman Navy.

The mosque is very peaceful and the interior design is amazing, with lots of colors and ornamentations.

I highly recommend checking it out.

The Sinan Pasha Mosque (Turkish: Sinan Paşa Camii) is an Ottoman mosque located in a densely populated district of Beşiktaş, in Istanbul, Turkey. It was built by the Ottoman architect Mimar Sinan for the admiral Sinan Pasha. The türbe (tomb) of Barbaros Hayrettin Pasha is located just across the street.

One of the few best places to visit! I spent 5 hours talking to one of the guides there who explained many books both religious and historical and discussed a lot with me. I got to learn a lot here and even made friends!
