Delicious köfte place!! CASH ONLY!! There are atms right outside if you need it. Our favorite tour guide recommended this place to us. One of the only restaurants in the area that you’ll find both locals and tourists apparently. Food is very good and fairly priced. They give out free bread, it’s very soft. Everything on the menu is delicious, you won’t be disappointed. The menu is simple/ one sided.

Really fresh bread and food. We went at about 12 pm to avoid the lunch rush and it was easy to find a place and get some good kebabs, rice, lentil soup, the service was super friendly, quick, responsive and the food was great. It's not a super ambience but value for money food.

Had a great lunch here right after visiting Topkapi. This is a place specialized in kofte and kebab in hustling and bustling neighborhood. The menu had some side dishes items (yogurt, salad, beans, fries, and rice pilaf) so we basically ordered the menu. Everything was delicious. The service was prompt despite the fact that the place was super busy. Really good!

Very authentic and affordable option in the city center. We ordered what the locals were having around us and it was great (meatballs and lamb skewer).
The rushy atmosphere of the waiters made it a bit uncomfortable, but I know many old-school busy places that feel the same way. We loved it and will come back! Cashier was the sweetest man and very helpful. We paid cash in euros and the change was very fair.

Their meatballs are a delicacy that comes with in-house hot dip. The menu is concise so it was easy to choose from. The food is amazing.. must go!

Fast service and food was good. Note that they focus on the two different kebab platters and sides so menu is very limited. Only minus for service was that waiter forgot half of the order.

I don't know what they put in their kofte (meatballs). Possibly some secret recipe or black magic (joking), but the taste is divine.

You can enjoy the authentic taste of meat without other unnecessary flavours. I just love the pure taste of meat that it almost made me give up my pro-vegetables diet.

I would also recommend the lovely baked rice pudding. A perfect companion dessert for a delectable meaty meal.

The place is packed with hungry customers. Solo diners are welcomed, too.

Come early or be patient to wait for a seat. The menu is available in English, and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our meal! It is a quick serve type of place. We liked the food and the service was very on top of it. Portion was pretty big too!

Food was super good. I would say one of the better meats I had nearby Hagia Sofia.

I been visiting this place since 2015 and I must say the taste has been very consistent.

Try the lentil soup and dip some bread into it. Super delicious and pretty filling.

Apart from the meatballs, the lamb skewers are also pretty good !

What a top top place! This is a true gem right in the center. They have a simple menu which is only Koftes and thats what they do best! Go for it and enjoy the yummy juicy meat for a really good price to quality ratio!

One of the oldest kebab/kiofta restaurant in Istanbul. The portions are filling and the prices are great. The food was delicious, definitely try the soup! As for the meat, all options were tasty, well seasoned and cooked. The restaurant is old and has kept its traditional style, though nothing special - you'll go there for the food. The staff was fast but they weren't kind and wouldn't understand what we were asking at times.

The best kofte place in Istanbul with a long tradition and old school appearance. It is much more than what meets the eye, because the food is absolutely sensational! Must haves include lentil soup, kofte (grilled meat) and homemade yogurt. Make sure to bring cash as they do not accept cards.

Very good Kofte Turkish traditional kababs. You have to be waiting queue if you will there on lunch time or dinner time. recommended to little early so you will get seats without waiting. food is good with price.

Great place for kofte. Would recommend trying both the beef and the lamb although the lamb was my favourite. The spicy sauce that goes with is really good and we also got a bean salad, fries and aryan drink to go with. 3 floors of seating here and pretty quick service. Would recommend!
