Dream Apartments

Nice apartments, have everything u may need for life (washing machine, dishwasher, shower, etc). My recommendation. I was pleased, the staff is great.

Pros:

Free light breakfast

24/7 support, that really helps

Good location

Free room cleaning

Cons:

Small troubles with heating system, but they fix it fast

Excellent value and location. The apartment is compact and efficient. It has all the basics and great service from the owners and cleaning staff. Some details could certainly be upgraded but for the price it's well worth it.

It's almost a 10 minute walk (mostly uphill) to Istiklal st with so many options for food, drinks and shopping. I'd definitely stay again.

Good apartment, AC, location is near to center, fully prepared with everything, staff is very friendly, manager is amazing, tries to make us fully satisfied, lots of services existed for guests like luggage storage after Checkout for some time,
You will find all what you need in the apartment, near Carrefour, Şok, 2 min walk,

Мы бронировали номер с террасой на пятом этаже. Номера потрепанные, был прокурен так что проветривали еще два дня. К сожалению, на террасу не выйти, потому что кто-то прикроить кота и он все время забегает в апартаменты. Местоположения отеля хорошее, до Истикляль очень близко, но от метро Таксим идти прилично далеко. Район - старый, напринимаете гетто. По воскресеньям рядом рынок. Апартаменты не дорогое и это явный плюс, достаточно комфортные: стиральная машина, газ, горячая вода. Не хватает порошка и средства для посудомоечной машины. Мы жили 11 ночей, два раза нам предлагали убраться, но мы отказались потому что сами почистили апартаменты.

One of the worst designed rooms I have ever been in: Sofa bed is really, really uncomfortable, Front main door is really loud, stairs are dangerous and the lights go dark when you’re walking on them, they gave us a lot of stress about getting a second key, there were not enough blankets, heaters don’t work well, shoe rack was broken, towel rack was broken, soap rack was broken, fan was broken & came off, toilet paper dispenser was too close and couldn’t get toilet paper off, shower floor is slippery and dangerous, Showerhead points at weird angle, shelf in bathroom is wobbly, fridge door opens the wrong way, Silverware was in the bottom drawer and hard to reach. Bathroom faucet is really hard to use. 2nd room is also kitchen.
Don’t go to the restaurant up the street on the same side as number fiveone dream room.
They tried to scam us 60 lira ($6 usd) for a lock that they accused us of breaking & after all this sent a really long message asking for a good review: What a joke!
Good:
Price is decent for 2 “bedrooms”
Location is fairly close to TAksim, must Cross Busy Street to get to iskatel street
Nice view
Their office is open 24 hours
Has kitchen and washing machine

Disgusting room, bedsheets are smelly that I couldn't sleep and the toilet is dirty, I informed the owner but he doesn't seems he cares since he already got the money, the area is very crowded and noisy. it's unpleasant experience.
