I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff. The hotel was so nice, and my room was cleaned every day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep throughout my stay.

But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff's exceptional hospitality, especially Ashraf who was very kind and spoke good English. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for, making every interaction a pleasure. Their genuine kindness and attentiveness truly elevated my stay and made it truly memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay with the added touch of exceptional service. I can't wait to return and enjoy another fantastic experience with this amazing team!

Location is great as it is easy walk from the train station and bus stops. It is near to the main road. So very safe although the surrounding areas may not be so welcoming. But place is safe.
You need to be very observant as the sign of the hotel is very small. Great staff. Great breakfast.

It was really nice experience. Room was quite spacious and visibly clean. Staff was very helpful, we didnt have any problems. Only breakfast seems basic to me, it was enought but if there could be some butter or chocolade paste it would be perfect. because you have lots of bread, but havent anything to spread on it.

To compare with other rooms of the same price (we paid 650 TR per night for 2 in November) the service is quite good. Everyday cleaning, fresh towels and linen. Hot water, cosy interior, warmth and polite administrators. Be aware that the quarter is noisy and the curtains don’t blind the lights. But if you want something within the price in Taxim, I would recommend Bella Rooms

I booked this hotel for my brother, and he arrived late. They received them, and also when I called them to ask about him, they answered my call and informed me of my brother’s arrival.❣❣

Genial la ubicación , a tan sólo 5 minutos de la plaza principal del barrio .
Tiene cerca restaurantes de la zona y todo lo necesario .

Un lugar agradable, tranquilo y lleno de amabilidad..
Me hospede 1 semana con mi hija pequeña y nos a gustado mucho, por la tranquilidad, comodidad y hospitalidad de las personas que trabajan aquí, siempre me ayudaban a subir bolsas y hasta me llevaron al autobús para ir al aeropuerto a las 4 am, para que no vaya sola con las maletas y con mi bebé..
Tiene muchos comercios a la mano y transporte publico.
Las habitaciones son tal cual en las fotos del establecimiento.. sin duda vuelvo la próxima vez que vaya a Estambul..

Kahvaltı da her şey dahildi kendimi evde gibi hissettim konumu iyi ve oda oldukça temiz ve düzenliydi otelin içi iyi dekore edilmiş ve odada nescafe çay gibi her şey vardı ve güvenli bir yerdi

Спасибо этому прекрасному отелю за предоставленный номер! Все чисто! Каждый день убираются. Для такого популярного района где туристы и не только ,сменяются ежедневно, это очень хороший знак качества. Никакой плесени,клопов и тд. Поверьте мне на слово , такую чистоту сложно найти в этом районе. Хозяин отеля всегда был с нами на связи , если вдруг возникали какие то вопросы . Единственное , нет шампуней в номере , но это не так важно.
Холодновато, но если включить батареи очень даже тепло. Номер 1+1 на 3 этаже , очень красивый и уютный. Советую !
