Dencity Hotel

My staying at Dencity Hotel&Spa was amazing, a great experience and I fully recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to feel comfortable, peaceful and well treated. Our room was big, clean, (the stuff was coming every day to clean the room), the breakfast was delicious, various, you could choose everything you like and the stuff from the reception was very friendly, especially Omer who was kind and open to show and explain us everything. We didn’t had any inconvenience at this hotel and we left thankful and happy with our staying.

Excellent hotel service. Mr Omar was more than happy to accommodate me and go beyond the expected duties of a manager. It is because of his presence that the hotel has felt so comfortable. Truly a great experience!!!

I had a surgery during my stay here. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help me on a day by day basis. Hotel was very clean at all times. Amazing breakfast and room service. Great facilities and close to everything. Felt extremely safe as a young solo traveler female. Will definitely be back!!!

I had a great four night stay at DenCity hotel in Istanbul close to Taksim. The hotel was very clean and well kept. I wanted to shout out Omar at the front desk specifically. He helped me a lot from the moment I stepped in to the hotel, from allowing me to use his Metro card and guiding me to different tours around the city and giving me directions on how to reach the different tourist destinations. Great individual! Also room service was good and they cleaned the room well and complimentary breakfast in the morning was also enjoyable. Overall I would highly recommend the experience!

we stayed for 7 days! clean and spacious rooms! rich breakfast, very, very kind and nice staff! especially Mr. Omer and Mrs. Derya are the nicest people who treated us very nicely and helped us with any concerns!our 7 year old daughter was spoiled by them and was very happy!optum from Nastya!!!❤❤❤

I choosed this hotel because I would have surgery in the hospital nearby. The location isn’t the best, but it’s near the hospital and with a taxi you can go everywhere. In the hotel the staff was so nice and really helped a lot with everything. I want to thank all the staff but in special Omer!

Staff like Derya and Şarkan (sorry if I misspelt his name) had made the stay extremely enjoyable! They took care of us during our stay and had made sure that we relax.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Dencity Hotel in Istanbul, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay truly memorable. I want to give a special shout-out to Ercan, Omer, Memet, and Muhammad for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure that I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.

In addition to the fantastic staff, the manager of the hotel Mr. Mustangs was a standout. Their kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference in my stay. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns, making sure that everything was taken care of efficiently.

Another aspect that impressed me was the reception team's language skills. They were able to communicate fluently in multiple languages, which made the check-in and check-out process seamless and convenient.

Overall, the Density Hotel in Istanbul exceeded my expectations in terms of service and staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Istanbul.

Many who mentioned reception, but in the beginning of 2022, everything was good. They helped us with the taxi and guided us with places to visit. Nice and polite staff. The hotel is simple but clean and has a good location to reach all tourist destinations

We had great experience at this hotel. They have a great customer service, one of the receptionist, her name was Jennet, she was great, kind, helpful, and polite. They have great breakfast, wifi was available any areas. They cleaned and take care of the room every day. I am so satisfied and I recommend to anyone.

Amazing hotel!! The staff cannot do enough for you. Close to Taksim Square which is where all the locals hangout and where the value for money is.
There is a free shuttle bus that takes you to the square everyday. The hotel is clean and always spotless but the main attraction is the humbleness and welcoming staff who really make you feel like a guest. Highly recommend the visit!

I have not observed any decrease in overall quality of this hotel during my visits in last 5 years. Staff has always been kind and helpful to me.

I love the location of this Hotel. It is close to critical locations and at the same time it is isolated from crowd noise. Taksim square takes 10-15 minutes -Add another 15 minutes if you want to walk Kabatas which is a district with beautiful bosphorus view.
Kasimpasa seaside (goldenhorn) takes 25 minutes on foot.Cevahir Mall takes 40 minutes on foot.

It has a sauna, bath and spa but unfortunately you may not be allowed to utilize them due to pandemic related limitations. Ladies who had been working in the Spa were very talented I hope the quality of SPA will be same as before after pandemic.

Receptionists are friendly, the location is fairly near to Taksim square, rooms are cleaned acceptablly, the options for breakfast are good enough to enjoy yourself, air conditioning works greatly and the end I think this hotel is worth being .

Beautiful new hotel with everything like brand new, very comfortable, nice and friendly staff, reception, restaurant and room service, recommended for family no matter how long you stay.
