Great manager they really deserve 10 stars not only 5 just want to thank them they have been always helpful.

They have changed the entire staff.. they are much better now

Conditions in the bank have changed for better ... it is not like before
Their treatment is good... They cooperate especially with foreigners who know the Turkish language... And the most important thing is that they open the account without asking for additional money for insurance and without asking for a deposit of money...

فقط يجب اضافة صراف داخلي لايداع وسحب المبالغ بدلا من المكائن اللي عادة تكون عطلانة

تعامل جيد وروح طيبة ولكن التعاملات الذكية تتأخر إلى حد ما

Always a problem with the ATM machines and I always have to use other banks ATM and pay extra fees

The worst branch I have ever seen, the security officer considers you as an enemy so you will not reach other officers
There is 2 ATM machines most of times out of service
So it is preferable to save your time and go to other branches

I have had to use this branch a
number of times over 2 years. I regrad it as the Worst experience in banking. The vast majority of staff are not helpful and rude at times. They just want to send you away. The best nswer they know is you have to go to your own branch. When you go to your own branch you are told they the issue could be helped at this branch.

At the time of writing this review they were rated 1 star. I wonder why the administration is negligent to this issue.

Be careful from using this branch. Unfortunately, the banker will ask you to open credit card and Katilim Emeklilik Private per soon if you want to open account or open new service. They will make you pay 500 US dollars if you want to close the account or they will keep charge you monthly fees.
