Banka mı... Beklemekle zaman geçiyor, müşteri yok ama iş bitmiyor. Sanki içeri boş kalmasın diye yapılıyor...

Their treatment of customers isn't that good, and some employees are very arrogant 🙄

The staff İ went to is unfortunately rude.
İs not even a minute, they will not call your number, and then when you want to sit, the worker will tell you is not your time, and will not help you. Quite lazy İ can say, such an unfortunate behaviour. Maybe can be kinder a bit? İs not a good excuse even if you have a bad day to drag down other people mood as well. At least you could have tried to wait for the customer for a minute or two.

İt is also sad to know that you can't even make a phone call with their customers service. İ am not sure why, maybe because of the TC number is assigned for foreign people, or what. İn the end they will tell you to go to nearest branch to get the info. And then when you go, the worker is rude...
How can you be happy about this?

İ am very disappointed and mad about this incident. Hopefully they will try to fix this behaviour.

Their behavior with me was not good. they treated me so badly. they don’t know how to talk with a customer. One of the worst experience here in Turkey.
