Rixos Pera İstanbul

We booked in this hotel for a stay of 6 nights where we had a wonderful experience. We had 4 rooms booked in the hotel, and it was all arranged to be in the same floor as we were a family with babies traveling together. I would thank Elmira, the Front Office Shift Leader, who arranged this for us, as she had arranged everything to make us feel comfortable being together. Elmira was very helpful during our stay, and she ensured we have an amazing experience. It’s also worth mentioning Emrecan, who was helpful during our stay and recommended some places to check out in the city. He made us feel home as he is very welcoming. The rooms are in good size, and the housekeeping service is great. The breakfast on the roof is great with a beautiful view. The hotel is in a very good location. I’m looking forward to stay again in this hotel once I’m back again in Istanbul as the staff in the hotel ensures their guests to have an amazing experience and stay.

Had a really nice stay here. Staff was kind, and attentive. Facilities were clean and the food onsite was very good at the different venues. Great spot for a rooftop meal, with a beautiful view. Wonderful spa and location!

Great hotel and service. We stayed for a week and were delighted. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and polite. I will definitely stay there again. The location is perfect, so close to delicious restaurants and shops but far away enough from the tourist center that you're not overwhelmed by people (but the tourist sites are a short and cheap taxi ride away). I love the little touch of gifting you free chocolates every night, and I so appreciated the kindness of giving us a free large water bottle every day (which American hotels never do). The free turkish delight at reception was so good too. We appreciated those little touches, especially the water. The mixed breakfast, lamb and chicken dishes from the room service manu were delicious. I loved the fresh flowers in the lobby.

Con: the curtains were very dusty and the room smelled dusty as well. I have allergies and it made it difficult, I had to take allergy medication. But the hotel stay was so lovely that I still gave it 5 stars.

Stayed for two nights as part of a visit to Istanbul. The hotel is well located near Pera and Taksim Square. Bus lines are within a minute's walking distance and Tram 1 is just 10 minutes down the hill. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a wide variety of amenities. We were very content with our stay here.

A good hotel well located in Istanbul. The first room I stayed in did not live up to the 5 stars. But I was quickly moved to another room that fully lived up to the 5 stars.
The staff give a fantastic service from you enter the hotel till you leave again and try their best to make you stay comfortable.
We will definitely come back again an other time

We booked Rixos Pera for our first visit to Istanbul and have left extremely satisfied.
The location is great, the staff was extremely friendly, and the interiors were so stunning!
When we checked in we unfortunately didn’t have the best room- the bed was broken and the size was small, but when we informed Emre he immediately worked on changing the room for us.
Other members of staff like Mr Nuri, Lale, and the very tall gentleman at the concierge whose name we didn’t get were an absolute delight.
I even received a slice of cake, 2 juices, and a lovely card from them on my birthday!
We will definitely be back.

We are very pleased at that hotel especially gym was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. Specially Thanks to Mr Nuri who suggested us the best places of Istanbul by making reservations etc.

All the staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly.

Thank you to all the catering staff for the delicious sahur meals and excellent room service every morning during our stay. The presentation every day was excellent! The food was delicious - thank you for making the potato gözleme.

The rooms were clean, well stocked with robes and spacious. Unfortunately the first room we were in was noisy due to the street and next door neighbour but we were kindly moved to a wonderful quieter room with a bosphorus view.

I love staying at the Rixos hotels. I had just stayed at the Rixos in Antalya where I also had a great time.

Overall, excellent location, great hotel and superb staff! Would love to visit again!

Our vacation was perfect. We love Istanbul and our hotel located in the center of city, that was very easy to walk, to find famous places. I want to thank you staff for amazing accomodation. It was amazing staying at this lovely hotel with the realy hospitable staff and service. From house keeping to the cafes and lounge everything was really delightful. Special thanks to the reception lady and the concierge/vallet who have really uplifted our experience . It would definitley be my go too next time I'm in Istanbul . Highly recommended

Our room was too cold so they should improve the air conditioning system. Except this everything was perfect.
Service and all of the personal were very polite.
We already paid for the room but I don’t know why we are not able to use the SPA after 1pm.

The hotel was to the standards of a 5 star hotel, location was great, beautifully decorated for the christmas season, the room was everyday cleaned perfectly and with great attention. The + that made our stay different and enjoyable was the stuff and how lovely and helpful they are, especially the evening stuff, they were all exceptional , super friendly and very helpful ( especially with us travelling with a baby..) .
The rooftop restaurant was really good as well with beautiful view and nice food.

Everything went very well. Special thanks to Mr Nuri. He was very kind. Front office were very responsible and always smiling. Mattress was very uncomfortable and I think it was broken. Thanks to Mrs Elmira she tried her best. Always helpfull. Best staff. Will come again!!

Very nice room, very comfortable, thank you for arranging late check out for especially thank you Lale and Elmira, we will definitely come back. BREAKFAST WAS PERFECT, YUMMY. And I need mention spa manager, we don't remember her name she is not turk. She was very kind, helpful.

Extremely well located hotel. Amazing services and cosy rooms. Very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast with lot of variety. Restaurant a la carte for dinner worth to be tried. The view from the restaurant is absolutely breathtaking. Will come back definitely.

Sevde was very nice. this hotel had great service and I felt very welcome 😊 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a good time in Istanbul 😃 this hotel feels very luxury and they give you a tour so you don’t get lost or confused and they help with luggage etc. overall this is probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever been to with an amazing bathroom a great suite and so much more… by the way the food is great 👍🏽 🍔

I traveled a lot in the city of Istanbul and stayed in many hotels, but this hotel was one of the best hotels, and I suggest everyone to visit the hotel once, and I am sure that you will enjoy it. Emre was very good . He made us early check in and told that he doesn’t want us to wait too long. How kind!!! We love that . And that’s why we feel special!
Room is a little bit noisy from outside but I told them about them and I am sure they will fix it asap.

The check-in process done by Mr Emre incresibly .
He welcomed us by smiling and during all of our stay.
We had lunch and breakfast so I need to indicate that it was pretty excellent and the lunch was fancy !
