Heybeliada

An adorable island with lots of shops and food options. The 30-45 min ferry to the island was pleasant and schedules are posted on the island for easy planning. There is a scenic walk around the island and picnic areas overlooking the water. The locals are very friendly.

This was the only island i visited while i was in Turkey. It took about hour from Eminonu harbor to Heybeliada. Despite it was Saturday the island wasnt full of tourist so you could really enjoy explorig neighbourhoods and nature around island. If you want to completeley go around island it takes you 2 hours walking but its worth of it. I got some information from guards protecting some kind of object and from local people. The orthodox church ineae harbour is also beautiful with lot of decoration and religious icons. The only bad experience was that the churchkeeper because he was rude. He didnt allow me to see the liturgy held that day, even i was behind the doors. The other one was kind.

This is the most beautiful island of the Prince islands. It's worth of visiting all time but it's better to go during the week days to avoid the crowds.

One of the Prince Islands with beautiful nature and panoramic view of the Marmaras sea, from the top of the hill (which is existing a religious school and a Greek Orthodox monastery). Small cozy port which have connections with the other Prince Islands.

One of best place i ever visited specially the forest with big trees and houses with very beautiful garden. No noise, no pollution.

Heybeliada is one of the princess island where you ride a ship from Kabatach or Aminono to the island. Theres electric cars and bicycles you can rent. And theres a bunch of small shops selling accessories, hats, clothes, etc with many restaurants to eat.

Great place to visit, it's a full day trip so take your time, you can find ferries from different places of istanbul and they are quite frequent. Some do accept istanbul kart, ferries can take from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your pickup location and route chosen by ferry. You can visit multiple islands, but this is the biggest one. You can find electric taxis, bicycles, and escootors there. There are a lot of food places but prices are high. Be prepared to walk a lot as it's mostly walking and exploring.

Relaxing place to visit. Enjoyed the buyuk tour and all pretty old houses and the greens and the best part is the beautiful view of the sea at the very top. (Taking a photo of it doesn't come close to the beauty of seeing it in person) The carriage driver was so kind and gave us all the time to take our photos. 😍😍😍

This is a place for nature lovers. Make some good time to spend in there, like 3 hours + 4 hours in the way. Make sure to go up towards the Turkish flag. It is on the top where u can see the other beaches.

I live here . That is how much I love it here . It is the greenest and most clean aired island .
When I walk the forest I get a huge oxygen boost .
Lovely beaches , most are pay to stay but there are a few free ones if you are willing to walk or climb .
The people of Heybeliada are different from anywhere else .
Heybeliada and it's people have made me feel at home since coming here in 2011.

One of the beautiful Islands on Asian side of Istanbul. Good plaj and a nice aqua park also exist here

Unbelievable places just like heaven, you just have to go and see with your own eyes, very cheap ship just 6 TL lira to be there after arrive you just have to walk at the jungle to reach the cafe shop and the beautiful beach and the church ⛪

Nice and worth a visit

It was amazing and i had the best sea food there and i come from a coastal city, tge sites are amazing it's so quiet and peaceful no noises whatsoever highly recommended.

A beautiful island; The cost of going by ferry is 25 liras and returning is 35 liras
