Couldn't recommend a place more, one of the best hotels I've stayed at in my life. Room was really nice with a very comfortable bed and pillows. 24 hour room service is a great touch. The hotel was near everything I needed to be near. Bathrooms were upscale. The staff was astoundingly friendly and always had a smile on their face and were always willing to help you any way they could. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. The people at the front desk were always helpful, the staff bringing water to my room always made sure we had enough, managers were professional, the list goes on. The food was amazing from room service and very reasonably priced. I had an issue that was quickly resolved and I could not be more grateful to the management for going far and beyond to make things right. Absolutely 5 star hotel, please stay here.

The rooms are clean,the staff are friendly and help directly. Breakfast has wide variety . I would also like to thank ms Nagehan she is polite and helpful .

At first I thought this place was just going to be an “OK place to stay”. However after walking in and talking with the staff, I started to change my mind. The receptionist and bellhop were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though the location is off the highway, the insulation was superb. I wasn’t able to hear peep from the outside or my neighbors. The rooms were on point and pool/spa was was nice as well. Compared to the overpriced hotels near the sea shore, I would choose this place.

‏We were in this hotel for 15 days and I can say that it was really good in terms of breakfast and service. All the staff are very kind and friendly. Regarding the location of the hotel, I must say that there is only one very good restaurant near the hotel. And you can reach the bus and metro station by walking for four minutes. The rooms were very clean. The surrounding area of ​​the hotel was very safe (both day and night).

Special thanks to Chef Tintin and his crew for an awesome organization as well as accordingly well put together menu. Very tasty, very unique selection of tapas, awesome drinks, and great live music with one of a kind experience while enjoying the princes' islands view from your table at the rooftop.

We re really enjoying our stay in this magnificent hotel. The staff is respectfull and professional. The receptionist named Murat was always on duty the help us the best way he could. If I return to Istanbul I will surely stay here again.

I was staying there 1 Week duo of an Operation. And I can say it was sooo nicee there. The Staff and everyone working there were soo friendly.The Breakfast Buffet was the best, it was so tasty and you had a huge amount of selection.😍 The room was beautiful, modern and clean with an amazing view. I can definetly recommend this Hotel. And I'll be back soon 🥰☺

It's my second stay there. I found it very very good and highly recommend only if its near your meeting or seminar place. Because its in Asia side and its far from the most common tourism places of Istanbul.

I had a great experience of staying here in this hotel. As I’m not from here and the main problem over here was the language as no one could speak English in this hotel but Mr Deniz from reception was so helpful to me.

I couldn’t eat specific type of food and I requested in reception for help and believe me Mr.Deniz went out of his way and help me as much as he could.

I was just going to change my hotel and go somewhere else but communication and Customer Services was excellent by this person.

I hope next time I’m visiting Istanbul I will definitely come and stay in this hotel.

Great hotel with attentive staff and had a great experience staying with them for 1 week. Buffet breakfast is good however only few staff spoke English but i never had any problems.

Beautiful Hotel on the asian side of Istanbul very quiet and close to the shopping area Baghdad street! We enjoyed the big variety for breakfast. On the top roof there also nice bar restaurant with a beautiful view!

This hotel was phenomenal. They were truly generous and made me feel safe and secure every day I was there. The hospitality was out of this world. I should have left this review months ago when I stayed there in August 2021. Thank you for being so friendly and having such a clean environment.

I stayed in this hotel for a couple of days and I’m going to tell you my amazing experience.

The breakfast was delicious, with many varieties of food, you can also order an omelette free of charge unlike some other hotels I went to.

There was a swimming pool which average.

The room was clean and the beds were spotless.

I recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to stay in the Asian side of Istanbul.

We have stayed at the hotel 3 times now as my daughter had surgery in turkey and the staff went over and beyond to help find a quiet room. The chef and all restaurant staff made sure she had the required food she wanted and even cut fresh fruit for her Daily during the covid lockdown. The reception staff were helpful in finding places for us as we are vegan. The room was clean and housekeeping were quick to bring extra pillows. Would love to stay here again!
