Amazing and unexpected architectural piece of art and a mosque at the same time! I was sooooo shocked from the beauty and a great combination of new materials and contemporary approach to architecture. This is a great example of how modern religious architecture should develop - exciting new way and style that demonstrates new use of materials and keeps religious traditions and layout of the building. Loved the colors and technological approach. Definitely recommend to visit for everyone, no matter if you are not interested in Muslim/mosque architecture or whatever. Believe me - you will be shocked from these beautiful contemporary shapes and how they are integrated into a traditional manner. Great talent.

Though it looks small but it has classrooms, conference hall, exhibition spaces and book cafe at the lower ground area

The dome in the mosque is inspired by nautilus shell.

As this is a mosque, be sure to observe the dress code that applies here. No sleeves and short for ladies and they must be covered with headscarves. I did not see the mosque provides headscarves for the ladies as I have brought my own.

I can spend a couple of hours here to really appreciate the nice and unique architecture of this mosque.

This is a really beautiful piece of architecture with so many interesting angles to view the spectacle. Islamic Design everywhere. The internal fountain is a nice feature in the centre and the spiral pattern in the dome is stunning. I loved how there is two mosques stacked on top of each other as there is a downstairs version with beautiful blue tiles around the mihrab. We were surprised there was hardly anyone around and it was 11.30am on Saturday. Pity that it is currently getting a bit of cleaning and paintwork so there is scaffolding on the outside.

Wow one of the best mosques in Turkey. Very modern on two levels with lifts in the praying area. Absolutely glorious.

Wonderful and imposing building, a very modern mosque with an original design. Its minarets shapes are remarkable, and the adorable dome with details in green looks like made with legos. Very interesting structure that captures your eyes when you pass nearby. It really deserves a visit.

Brand new and beautiful campus. They really put time and effort into making this campus nice. They have built an amazing new mosque with such cool architecture style. It is very modern and yet has the old Islamic art with it.

Been impressed by the geometric design for years. Went there several times, particularly before entering Capitol next to it. Try the evening visit, the sunshine is perfect that time. It was not that easy the first time reaching the woman section, the entrance from the courtyard was a bit confusing. There are elevators and escalators available leading to the lower ground: woman prayer room which is huge along with the ablution room some steps from there. One upper floor is a cafetaria seen. Overall, it's clean, more than adequate, jaw-dropping, quite comfortable, on top of that geometrically impressive and... for sure next to one of my favorite AVM.

One of the uniq and best theology faculty of Turkey. With the renovation of Mosque it became more attractive. Also the cultural center inside so anyone can register and join courses and conferences. They also have extra events and activities in Ramadan especially. Highlyyy recomended..
