Buyukada is a must see place. Peacefull and romantic. A scent of old times, while walking or riding a chariot through the otoman houses. There are no cars allowed on the island.
Do not miss Agya Yorgu church, on top of the island! It ofers a splendid view!

Visited in 1978 as 29 yo. Took carriage ride. Local unknown guy accompanied us & we had a fabulous time. Wish I could find photo but lost in time but not memory.

Amazing national park!
From Istanbul you have 45 min with boat.

Definitely recommend to visit and enjoy.

The scenery is a great place to chill,but you have to go uphill for 30-40 minutes to get the forest. Unfortunately, I hadn’t tried the restaurants.

Harika bir deneyimdi büyük tur yolu bisikletle çok zevkli oldu ancak tamamen bir gün fazla gelebilir ada için sabah 10 da gidip öğle sonu 4e kadar tüm adayı keşfetmiş gezmiş olabilirsiniz. Ayrıca son vapurun akşam 6da olmasını yıllar yılı anlamış değilim keşke 8gibide vapur olsa dönüş için. Adalar güzel sahip çıkmalı ve çöp temizliği konusuna dikkat edilmeli bütün memleket gibi. Rotalar için orman genel müdürlüğüne teşekkürler
