All staffs are friendly, kind and professional. I received lot of Respect, Caring and Love, before surgery and after surgery. It was a heart warming experience that i got in Emsey Hospital.

This was absolutely the most amazing service I’ve ever received at a hospital. They treated me only with kindness, respect, and love. They greeted me right as I left the airport, provided me with excellent service until my surgery, which they perfected, and sent me home once I was ready to leave. The staffs are extremely friendly, kind and professional. To sum it all up, this was the best hospital experience I’ve ever experienced. Dr.Hasan Erdem and Dr. Mehmed are the best.

Just the best can be said about Emsey Hospital, its personnel, and all involved professionals.

I came here with my four years old daughter, who was in critical condition with hidden bleeding in gastro area.

Running from the home country Georgia, Tbilisi, where the final diagnosis couldn’t be formed and even 3-stage cancer was assumed by our “physicians” , we spent 10+ days for all the relevant investigations and necessary operation.

It should be said about the outstanding condition of equipment and patients’ service. Part of Georgian side provided investigations were not confirmed.

About the patient’s service: for avoiding any outer infection intervention, the discipline is outstanding. To reach the patient’s room you should pass certain disinfection procedures via the special entry room.

Nurses and maintenance personnel: E.g. if in my country my daughter started crying at the appearance of a nurse, here, in Emsey it was vice-versa, she very liked them and play with nurses, and even become their little fellow.

The patients’ room is alike 5-stars hotel (shower, furniture, accommodation, even a safe…), it’s cleaned several time in a day, and there is everything necessary for the patient and attendee, including 3 time nutrition for an each room member, carefully chosen by dietarian, in my case it was Gokce Bonce Didem Gunday, many thanks for her carefully provided nutrient budget, as partially one main to be operated place inside of my girl was calmed namely for this sake.

I’m very grateful first of all to the pediatric surgeon prof. Mevlit KORKMAZ for skillfully made operation, which is a result of his excellent field-specific knowledge, professionalism, and duties approach. Also, it should be stressed his excellent ability to explain difficult medical conditions in a very simple human way.

I’m very grateful for the pediatric physician prof. Dr. Birol Baytan for his care and attention to my daughter’s disease from the beginning up to the end, and for the provision of the exact diagnostics in the formation of diagnosis, revealing the most hidden threats.

I’m very grateful for the nurses staff, with whom my daughter became even fellow, and which is headed by Seyma Kopan. Fevziye Tepeliler, Buket Ozturk, Kadir Akgul, Melike Erol, Feiza Tarnikulu Ezri Bayri, Fatma Yilmaz,Funda Bozgogan, Bilge Hanim - Thank you staff!!!

Today, i have visited Emsey hospital for cholesterol and cardiology check up.
Honestly, i had the best treatment starting from the front desk, nurses and doctors and the cashier
The staff is very professional and helpful

They are very cooperative for patients Health and satisfaction

I highly recommend it

One of the best private hospitals in Turkey, if not the best.
It has an agrement with SGK.

Öncelikle bu kadar ilgili ve insana kendini özel hissettiren nadir kalmış özel hastanelerden olan bu hastanenin oy ortalaması nasıl bu kadar düşük olur anlamıyorum. Bence genellikle memnun olmayanlar yorum yapmış, memnun kalanlar yorum yapsa bu şekilde olacağını düşünmüyorum.

Çocuk hastalıkları branşını Kadın doğum branşını çok kez kullandık doktorlar olsun çalışanlar olsun gayet igili ve alakalılar.

Nöroloji Doktoru Biman Chabou tedavi sürecimde vermiş olduğu desteği için çok teşekkür ederim. Böyle tam teşekküllü bir hastanede böyle uzman bir doktorun olması bizim için büyük bir şanstır. Kendisi yapmış oldğu test tekikler ile hastalığı a teşhis koymuş olup erken tedavi olmam için karşıma çıkmış çok güzel bir şanstır. Güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz..

18.11.2023 tarihinde acil gelişen apandisit ameliyatımda önce Prof. Dr. Tarık Zafer Nursal ve sevgili asistanı Sevda hanıma ve diğer bütün ilgili ekibe saat 22.00’da evlerinden çıkıp geldikleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Kendileri ve ekipleri mükemmeldi. Ameliyat algısından çok korkan biri olarak Sevda hanım ve hocamız mental olarak operasyonu çok iyi yönettiler. Ameliyatımda gayet başarılı geçti. Daha sonrasındada benimle ilgilenen hemşire hanımda sağolsun çok başarılıydı. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederim.

Her şeyiyle memnun olduğumuz Kalp Doktorumuz Süleyman Özkan ın eski hastasıyız (Sebahattin Sağlam). Emsey Hastanesine geçince biz de buraya nakil olmuş olduk. Çok da yerinde olmuş gerçekten.

Babamızı 2 kez çok zorlu bir ameliyata sokup önce Allah a sonra hocamız Süleyman Özkan ın ellerine korkmadan emanet ettik. Her 2 sinden de sağ salim çıktı çok şükür. Zaten ilk ameliyat sonrası hocamızın ilgisi alakası, hastamızı moralinin yüksek tutması , her zaman erişilebilir ulaşılabilir olması bizi çok mutlu etmişti. Biz de hocamızın peşini bırakmadık :)

Fiyat konusunda da bizi zor duruma düşürmedi ama eminim ki çok daha fazlasını hak ediyor hekimlerimiz, büyük emek , büyük risk, büyük başarı. Süleyman Özkan Hocamızın eline sağlık. İyi ki varsınız.

Hastanemizi anlatmak gerekirse tertemiz, çok hijyenik, çok önem veriyorlar bu konuya.

Hemşirelerimiz çok ilgili gece gündüz demeden 24 saat hep biz çağırmadan daha gelip kontrollerini sağlayıp babamıza babaları gibi baktılar.
