Lovely boutique hotel with home made touch in food and cosy atmosphere. We spent only one night in the hotel and will be happy to come back again. It is close to the center, but at the same time far enough not to be noisy. Elegant decor and nice patio cafe make our stay even more relaxing. Thank you for the owner for great service!

It was a very good hotel, it was a 6-minute walk to the center of the island, considering its proximity to the center of the island, it was a very quiet hotel. The building had a very interesting and nostalgic architecture, had a full and delicious breakfast, the behavior of the crew and staff was very kind and sincere, the hotel felt like home. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights, and our host was incredibly hospitable with excellent English skills. The rooms were clean, well-designed, and the cozy garden added to the overall charm. We lacked nothing during our stay as all our requests and questions were promptly addressed.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, offering a tranquil atmosphere. Despite its quiet surroundings, it is conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to access the bus station. This combination of serenity and accessibility made our stay even more enjoyable.

Accessible, close enough to the noisy center and perfectly calm and quiet to our pleasure during the day and night, on the upper side of the island close to great view points.

We went for lunch here and it was sooo delicious! Grilled chicken is a must try together with a baked eggplant and sautéed mushrooms.

We had a very comfortable stay at Serguzest. The room was clean and well decorated, the buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. The best thing about the hotel was its patio- we loved drinking our tea and enjoying the solitude, flower smells and colorful lights late into the night. It felt like we were at our own house, rather than staying at a hotel. The location is also very convenient, it is close to restaurants but remote enough that you don’t hear the noise of the town. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wishes to stay at the island for a get away.

Sergüzest is even lovelier than we expected. A quietly elegant and comfortable older house removed from the busy and noisy atmosphere round the harbor, lures us back some day. A delicious breakfast, freshly prepared starts the day perfectly.

we stayed in this lovely hotel with my partner and 3 kids. This is an old wooden building, renovated tastefully. The tmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. The location is central and at the same time a little distant to the huse bustle of the centre. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Mr Hakan also upgrade the room from standard with balcony. Really appreciate. We would certainly come again.”

We stayed only for two nights, but wish to stay much longer. This is like coming home in picturesque surroundings. The hotel building is elegant and beautiful with light, spacious, creatively designed interiors. We loved our room with balcony. Very good sleep quality. Quiet surroundings, though it’s relatively close to piers. We never used transport, just walked everywhere even with suitcases. I should also mention the ambiance. Beautiful music by the reach breakfast. Lovely blooming garden to have breakfast or just relax in. We used to dine in a cozy hotel‘s cafe also in the evening and can only recommend. With the music and colorful lights between bushes and trees of the garden - what a delight. Hosts took care of all our needs and we can only be very grateful for making our stay special. Buyukada is wonderful and Serguzest is the special lovely place, that keeps the pieces of our hearts.

Stayed for 2 nights.Great hospitality, delicious open buffet breakfast with fresh and rich varieties thanks to the sympathetic grand mother of the kitchen. White and clean sheets,towels, very comfortable pillows and bed.Warm shower. Well decorated room .i had a very smooth sleep and enjoyed the garden while sunbathing,reading my book. Servants are very caring and helpful.Not a place to regret.Every penny is worth it.

While I always recommend Büyükada as a great place to visit for several days to get rest, have great walks with amazing sightseeings, I consider Sergüzeşt Otel as a local showplace. Inseparable from the beauties and hospitality of the island. One can just love the island. I cannot imagine it without staying in this place. Each time I'm making my way to the island, I anticipate with an awe my stay in Sergüzeşt. Not far for pier and busiest part of the island, it is far enough to have absolutely quiet stay. It is like going to your beloved mother/grandmother when you're mature enough to enjoy the delights of silence, beautiful nature and cosiness of a home in the countryside. The rooms are clean and cozy. The views from windows, balconies and patio are pacifying. Hospitality of owners/hosts is beyond of expectations. My favorite breakfast is in this hotel. And this is also the best place to drink wine out-of-doors, read book or just reflect on different topics :) I will return there again and again. This place is a definition of rest. Especially after walking the hills and mountains of Büyükada ;)

We stayed in the middle of November. We stayed in a room with a balcony and had breakfast in the garden 😍 A little touch of Europe in a traditional Turkish house.

We really enjoyed the friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated. This is a great place for one person or a couple.

We can heartily recommend Serguzest hotel to everyone. Hakan and the team went out of their way to welcome us. We arrived earlier than check in time but they took us in and even upgraded us as they had a spare suite with a private terrace. Hakan also gave us tips about what to visit and see on the island during our two day stay. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing, best I’ve had in Turkey, do try the homemade pancakes. The hotel itself is located just at the edge if the town, conveniently close but also outside the evening hustle and bustle, so you are assured a good night sleep. With a rented bike, the nice beaches in the southern part of the island are just 15 minutes away. It was a very pleasant stay and we wish them a good future.

I used to be an Istanbul native and know all the ins and outs of the city, now I go there as a tourist. I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels you can pick in the city. It has a great location (on the Prince's islands) & incredible service.

I stayed for 4 days at Serguzest Hotel. It is ideal for solo or couple travelers who would like to stay in non-touristic parts of the island. It is very central, the hosts are super friendly, and the rooms are impeccable. Recommended.
