Very cool and nice ambient. The combination of an old library and a new restaurant looks gorgeous.
The food is good but don't expect any culinary highlights.
They have a good variety of option on the menu.
If you're near the area you should definitely come and take a look.

The place has a lovely atmosphere and the food and drinks were above average but not the best out there. But this can fairly be explained as the prices are subsidised as the place is owned by the Muncipality.

Overall, it was worth visiting and dining there.

in our opinion, this is the best place in Istanbul, very cozy, calm and comfortable space, beautiful monumental design, excellent cuisine and serving of dishes, and very low cost, very rare value for money in Istanbul. We recommend to everyone, you will be satisfied!

It feels weird to have big meals among books especially if you have children with you, but I would rate this place as marvelous. The staff are friendly and the food is great. Strongly recommed it unless kids are very noisy. You will feel yourself like an intruder.

We came here for a casual dinner. Great atmosphere. The green patio is nice on a summer night. Bayram was our server and he was attentive to our requests. Prices were also reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice and cheap place. Beautifull Library with Coffeshop and Restaurant. Tasty food, and price are positiv suprised.
Service could learn a bit English language to communicate, but still you can find a Older Weiters who could speak and explain everything. Really recommend:)

The coffees and drinks are perfect. Their snacks are also worth its value. The atmosphere is nice both inside and in the garden. Prices are really affordable. Just the services were not up to the mark! We had to wait a long everytime we ordered something, even its is tough to get the attention of the waiters if you want to order something.

This is one of my favorite places in Istanbul it like so beautiful with an old ottoman style and it's so calm and suitable for study or friends hangouts.

It had a very chill and historic vibe. I’d 100% come back again inshallah.

One of my favourite places to go for a quiet and chill time. Super peaceful atmosphere and the food and sweets are awesome. Being surrounded by books is truly special.
