Lovely stuff and awesome food. I was impressed. We will be back soon! Table for 6 and everyone was please with their choice. We got free desserts and also to option to get some free coffee but we were full already. Just come here. Don't think. You won't be disappointed!

Everything is great. We ordered beef clay pot and the beef was very tender. Mix Kebab is good too although few were dried - most are moist meat. They even gave us free tea and dessert to end our meal with me. It was a nice touch and meal feel completed.

The best restaurant I went to in Istanbul! The mezze platter was so flavorful, service was warm and friendly, the dining room atmosphere is cosy. Complimentary tea and dessert was an extra treat after the meal too. Prices are good (less than on the main streets in this part of town). Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing experience and very delicious food.
I recommend clay pot beef. The sauce was very tasty, a bit sweet and sour, with all the spices including dried apricot and raisins. and the meat was incredibly tender.
There was free desert and tea at the end. Thank you!

One of the best food experiences ever. Everyone was so nice, the food was AMAZING and so filling. The whole restaurant was so cool, the decor was amazing. AND we got complementary starts, tea and dessert!! 10/10 would go again, everyday if I could.

From the street this place doesn’t look too inviting but this place is truly great! All the starters taste amazing! I especially loved the butter shrimp. The performance with the fire pot was cool. The service here is outstanding! At the end they even gave us complementary dessert & drinks.

I have been here three times, and every time is better than the last. I genuinely love this place, from the staff to the food to the amazing atmosphere. I honestly have nothing but good things to say. For the area, quality of food, and the unique experience, it is well worth every penny spent. I always get haram delight and ottoman sherbet (the first dish pictured) and a second dish if someone is with me. This dish is out of this world, and the hosts explain everything about the dishes. They speak English and a few other languages, and always create a welcoming experience that brings their guest back time and time again.

They clay pot and the chicken casserole are also very good. Still, my go to is the Haram delight.

Excellent food and very authentic. The staff was extremely attentive to us. My sister is vegan and they went above and beyond to accommodate her dietary restrictions. They even gave us a dessert on the house and made sure hers was vegan!

I've been here 5 times already in only a couple of trips to Istanbul. It's a great place to eat. The food is just delicious, the specialties are amazing!

The staff is super friendly and polite. They help you with all of your questions! The atmosphere feels very traditional and relaxing.

I will keep on coming every time I'm in the city.

I have eaten one of the best meals of my life here, and I've eaten all around the world. It's a hidden gem and I was never so happy because of the food and so sad in the same time that my stomach has a physical limit. Definitely a must try place in Istanbul, and I will come back for sure. Damn, I would go back to Istanbul just to eat here again.
I ate shakshuka, traditional Turkish salad and köfte. Shakshuka and the salad blew my mind so I didn't think that it would get any better than that, but then it did when I tried the köfte. They are not a complicated dish, but the meat they were made of was top tier. That's what sent them above and beyond. Afterwards we got a traditional halva dessert (we did not order it, it was on the house) and turkish coffee (we ordered it, but they didn't charge us for it). The service and people in the restaurant were beyond nice and friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. It was one of the best.
10/10 recommend to everyone and I need to go back

The best moussaka that I’ve eaten ! Everything is really good. The deco is amazing. And the personal very kind. I recommand it. And you have to try the soft speciality : shelbet

I do not normally leave reviews, but the cold drink named "Ottoman Sherbet" was amazing. A juice with flower/pomegranate/cinnamon flavour they make at the restaurant. The food was really good as well. Keep in mind that if you do not eat cheese normally, the "Spinnach in casserole" and "old Ottoman speciality" can become overwhelming.

Love this restaurant! I came twice during my 2 week trip to Istanbul because it’s that good. The mezzes are all good, and I had the harem delights chicken (served over yogurt) both times because it’s amazing. My friend had the lamb shank this time and sole fish the last time. They also seem to be very popular for their clay pot meals.

Inside and outside seating both have great ambience. Prices are reasonable (400-700 lira for a main dish with very big portions) especially for this area of town. My friend and I each had a glass of wine, we ordered 2 mezzes and had a main dish each and it was 1790 lira total (about $65 total). It’s not pretentious but the experience is memorable.

Incredible food, service and atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and kind, bringing us all kinds of extra stuff (tea, desert, appetisers) for free. The food was incredible, we got an adana kebap and a chicken sis kebap. Definitely recommend trying out this restaurant!

Great down to earth atmosphere made even better with the attentive service of the waiting team. Food was excellent and generous in portion size.

What a place!! A very traditional Turkish restaurant with an incredible service and delicious food! They are a 10!! I took the pot kebab with beef and a desert. They offered me another desert, the coffe and the tea! Just amazing!😍

Really had a great time. Servers were really frequently and they take great care of you. Explaining things, making recommendations, and fussing over you. There are 2-3 people helping you including your main waiter.

They seems to have pretty decent authentic food (as far as I could tell!). We went with the Oriental Clay Pot Kebab with Beef for two. Otherwise known as
Testi Kebap (Tavuk veya Dan). And it was quite delicious. Reminds me of food made in tagine from morocco. The way they bring it out in a clay pot and bang it like a drum and serve you is part of the presentation. Accompanied with nice olives and pita bread. Very delicious.

They were nice enough to give us a complimentary desert called Semolina With Ice Cream, or Dondurmali irmik. Wow it was a nice way to end the meal!

Don’t forget a glass of Turkish wine!
