Very good food and super nice and attentive staff. Also I really appreciate when staff is talkative to tourists and to those dining alone. Makes the atmosphere even more welcoming.
I had veggie manti that were really good.
Also, an extra point for their regular visitor that comes to be your +1

I visited this cafe twice. A cosy place with good food and excellent service.
I ordered seasonal salad with goat cheese. It is a must-eat.
A place of sliced carrots was my whim actually🙈But the waiter brought it to me! My inner rabbit was happy🤭

Our dinner experience at the Babel Café was delightful. The vegetarian options stood out with a diverse and flavorful selection that exceeded our expectations. Had such a lovely lunch at Babel!! The mezze platter was so tasty and had great variety of flavor. Perfect portion size as well. Really nice people and good vibes. Would highly recommend as a solo traveler :)

Genuinely shockingly good food. The Vegetarian Babel Special may be the best thing I ate so far, perfect filo pastry, flavour, even the salad dressing is something to comment on. Nice spot for scrumptious dinner.
My friend had Arap Tava but said the lamb was cold and bland so be wary for that, however I can say what I ate was great.

Amazing place and food is delicious.
We ordered sour spinach soup, vegetarian babel special and aubergine dish. Food was tasty and value for money.

Staff was extremely helpful and helped us with food selection.

Would recommend everyone if you are looking for authentic turkish cuisine and vegetarian options.

Loved it here! Great laidback atmosphere - and I really enjoyed the manti (Turkish ravioli) as well as their kisir and hummus. Great craft beer selection too!

This place is amazing!!
The food comes very massive, we ordered three courses and can’t finish them.
The staff here is soooo nice! My wife’s pregnant he kindly helped us with other guests smoking issue.

Very good food. A little different than what you normally find in Istanbul which is a nice variety and change of pace. Both dishes had a distinct taste and I would recommend. Bread is very soft and pairs well with the lentil soup.

Nice interior decorations as well.

My last day in Turkey, discovered this little place with pleasure. Food tastes amazing, the staff are super friendly. Good place to enjoy a meal while people watching. If I’d be with more people, I’d definitely try the mezze, looks so tempting!

Loved this place. Stopped by for dinner and didn’t regret it. The ravioli is little pillows of meat and you can’t go wrong with the mezzo platter. Manager was super friendly and welcoming. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting a great meal in Istanbul.

Following the google review recommendations we went to dine in this nice place with great music! The staff were very friendly, and the food looked super attractive, everything was so delicious too! I also loved the Winter Tea and the way it was served, as well as the cups, they’re so cute and handy! I would recommend this place if you want to try local food and be 100% in awe with its taste! The prices are a tiny bit higher than some of the traditional places, like, we’ve spent ~500 lira for two, but it was absolutely worth it!

The server suggested a dish for us. It was amazing! Sample of each meat and seafood spicy sauces hummus naan everything we love. Even had nice wine and beer! So much food we couldn't finish it

Super delicious food and really prompt service. We ordered a couple mezes to share, which were both very good. The plates were fairly-priced and tasted fresh. Overall, a great experience!

Fabulous authentic turkish food. We came here twice in 5 days, and can easily say it’s the best dishes we’ve had! So many vegetarian options as well. Must visit!

I've been in the area many times before and can't believe I just discovered this place. It was a cold foggy night and the place was cozy, with New Year decorations, delicious food and mulled wine.

The mezze plate was fully vegan and so delicious. The aubergine salad was a winner!! Great service and welcoming atmosphere 🏳‍🌈

The first time we came here, the kitchen was unfortunately already closed. The second time we were a bit more lucky and finally able to enjoy the delicious food. I really liked the cozy vibe and the background music was amazing. I can totally recommend this place for a nice dinner with authentic Turkish cuisine!

We shared the mixed appetizer, the lentil soup and some red wine. Everything was nice though it could have been a liiiiiittle but stronger in the flavors. Nevertheless, I would definitely come again since the atmosphere was also welcoming and the music was very good.
