Room is clean, reception is friendly, speak English well and very helpful. Porter is also very helpful and kind.

I met Celal, one of the porter who helped a lot during my stay, and he got me good deal with taxi (if you are not careful, they overcharge you).

Service and conditions fit the description. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Great location.

Very nice and clean hotel. The room was cleaned every day. Good breakfast. The staff are very polite very nice, especially Mr.Haji and Ali are very cool guys with them you will not be bored. They try their best to help.

Myself and my son stayed in this hotel for 12 days, returning on 9.11.21. We had a twin room and found that the hotel very tastefully decorated, our rooms cleaned every day and all the toiletries replenished/fresh bedding/ fresh towels etc.
We used the hotel spa facilities and found them to be clean, modern and very enjoyable. The staff were all absolutely brilliant- every single one went out of their way for us, especially a staff member called Haji, who spoke fluent English, made sure we were comfortable and also organised for us to have food cooked that was not on the menu to ensure we had a great stay.
Haji went out of his way to help us in any way possible, such as telling us where to visit such as the Topkapi museum/ special restaurants/ parks/ places of interest and provided details of interesting tours. He really made our holiday very enjoyable.
In fact all the staff were great. We needed a late checkout on the last day and they allowed us to stay for as long as we wanted, which we did (3pm) and they stored all our luggage and also helped us to get the taxi sorted to take us to the airport.
We hadn't planned to stay so long in this hotel, but the fabulous service made it too good to leave.
We would highly recommend this hotel.

I find the hotel to be comfortable and well managed. The staff was always very tentative to our needs when we needed advice about restaurants and tourist areas.
Having a healthy breakfast in the hotel every morning was also a great way to relax and plan our day.

We had a wonderful stay at Urban hotel! Hotel staff was amazing, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the hotel spa as well! Next time We come back to Istanbul we will not hesitate to stay at Urban hotel again.:

Urban Hotel Bomonti is one of the best hotels to stay in Sisli. It is very near to Osmanbay Street which is ideal for tourists. Urban has a wonderful staff. To mention Mr Haji, Mr Ali and many other staff were really friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend the hotel for your pleasant and memorable stay. Thank you

The room was really spacious and the location is quite good cause you reach everywhere by taxi. And the menu was outstanding, special thanks to chef :)

Well my first thought it was a an ok place with the standard room ofcourse i upgraded to the deluxe room and it was a different story, way better i dont know why or how but it was lovely and ofcourse the in the beginning the reception was ok looked angry but it turns out the other one is the sweetest guy i met tall ofcourse handsome but i forgot to catch hes name but i liked him the most. I haven't tried the menu because i was outside 24/7 but at the end it was really good for staying and the house cleaner is nice he seems friendly even tho i talked to him for 5 minutes either way loved the place with people in it and guy at the counter i remember he clocks in at 11 thanks man everytime i saw you i smiled take care and goodbye

Excellent staff, service, hotel! Stayed for almost a month and changed some rooms and apartments and all was alright! Recommend it!
