Very good food and extremely friendly staff.
Although located in a side street behind commercial buildings they used a lot of plants and flowers to make you forget that.

Visited this place three times in four days. The food is delicious. The atmosphere is magic. The service is okay, even good for Turkey, considering the fact that in Turkey all the services staff breaks personal boundaries, including this place, the service is good.

Amazing Balkan kofte with yogurt and aubergine paste, nice salad with beans and cheese, great bureks and manti. I’ve had food in this place for a few times, and the quality is always good.

Good place, but the price is higher than average. The soup of the day costs 12 TL and served very fast, main dishes are around 30 TL, Ayran costs 6.5 (tasty), cappuccino is 10 TL. Meals we ordered were delicious, portions are good. There aren't napkins and toothpicks on tables. We sat outside, but inside the place looks very cosy and interesting, especially the huge photos on the walls.

One of the best places in Taksim area. Oldies but goldies. You can also see the Ara Gülers art works. I strongly recommend Balkan Köfte.

You feel comfortable here. A cafe built on a closed street. quiet and calm. The service was a little slow but everything else was nice.

We stumbled upon this gem as we were looking for some good Turkish dinner. What we found was great hospitality, a lively warm vibe and incredible food. We ate the trio mushroom pasta and the sea bass and black eyed peas salad. Highly recommend!

Love this place, staff are really friendly, kind and helpful. The design is beautiful and it's not over priced. Finally they play great jazz, I sat here drinking tea and reading for ages... I would highly recommended.
