Sheraton Istanbul Levent

Amazing hotel. Clean, large common areas and with a very nice atmosphere! The staff is very friendly and helpful and responds immediately to your every wish, whenever you ask for it.
Our room was very spacious with a very large bathroom and above all very clean. All I would like, more foreign programs on TV.
Breakfast had many options and you can ask them to prepare any kind of omelet you want. A wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits, sweets and anything else you want.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, particularly in the restaurant. Special thanks to Muhammet for his quick, always-smiling assistance, adding a delightful touch to the incredible service. His helpfulness not only showcased remarkable intelligence but also contributed to an amazing dining experience.

First time in a major brand hotel in Istanbul. Had a superb stay with all the Platinum Guest trimmings. From front desk to housekeeping the level of service, attention and warmth has been top notch. Room spacious, very comfortable bed & great amenities. Breakfast is quite a spectacle of menu items and colors. Club Room also friendly, comfortable and a wide menu. Jazira is particularly attentive, charming and a true professional. Thank you Sheraton.

Always love to be at Sheraton, Levent. Jazia, the host from Kazakhstan was so much fun to talk to. I have deep admiration for all the staff here from the front desk to the lounge to the restaurant. The hotel must be so lucky and proud to have such a fantastic team.

The rooms are clean and very nice. The breakfast buffet is very good, lots to choose from. The spa en gym are also very good, there is a jacuzzi, a sauna and a steam room.
The subway station is very close to the hotel and brings you right to the old city.

When going to Istanbul, this hotel is my favourite and always my first choice.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

The reception and the hotel staff are cooperative and always welcoming the guests especially Burak, Abdullah, Hasan, Ugur, Yussef, and Ali.

The location is in Levent where everything you need is around you such as malls, restaurants, supermarkets, etc ..

I definitely will stay here in every time I visit Istanbul in the future.

Called before arrival for a request, I was fortunate to speak with Mr Cagdas Bozkurt who was very pleasant & accommodating.

From the minute I arrived - from the doorman to every other lovely member of staff in housekeeping, front desk and restaurant whom I found to be polite, well trained and knowledgeable.

Sincere thanks to the career promising duty manager Mr Yeketoa for his extended assistance & to every member of those hard working amazing guys here.

i had exeptional stay in Sheraton Istanbul Levent.
Staff is trained so well, that i got like i'm Ambassador again. It means - every stuff member knew exactly my name and everybody treated me with very high standard.
Room was nice, food was delicious and breakfast selection is wide. Executive Club had temprorary A La Carte dining, portions were nicely big:) Used also gym, witch is very well equipped.
Location is next to 4 Levent metro station, so its really good to move around to city centre.
Will return to this hotel again next time and recommend to others aswell.

What a great experience at this hotel. Started with a great warm welcome with Burak at the front desk. He is very detail oriented and made sure all my expectations were met at this hotel. Gave a great description of the facilities. The whole staff has a great attitude approaching with warm smiles. This is why I came back to this hotel for the second time. From day 1 the whole team at the Sheraton were amazing. Ali, Hassan & Ali Ihsan were very polite and helpful, always willing to go the further mile to assist wherever they could. The management team including Cagdas, Yeltsin and Onur were exemplary in their service and made the hotel feel like home. Jazeera and Ogi in the club lounge always took care of any requests and were very friendly. Overall the entire stay was amazing and the entire team was amazing. Keep up the good work Sheraton Team 👏

My husband and I stayed at Levent Sheraton for 9 days when visiting Istanbul on business. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and up-to-date. The location is unbeatable-next to the 4. Levent metro station. The staff is friendly and helpful like you have never seen-I promise. Breakfast included in our room rate was spectacular: special thanks to chef Aysegul Kocak, waitress Yunus Emre, and front desk staff Selin. They really made us feel at home and we did enjoy starting long days with a hearty breakfast with so many choices to make. We enjoyed the city and partial bosphorous view from our 17th floor room. I can’t recommend this hotel more and we will make it our Istanbul home for sure.

Best hotel in Istanbul! Location is top for reaching with taxi/ car and if you want to skip traffic and use metro. The station of metro is 50 meters away from the hotel. Check in staff is gorgeous: Mr Burak, Ms Ciler, and Ms Akmaral treat guest very professional and fast. The overall service quality and friendliness of people working at this Sheraton is great!

Thanks a lot for the fantastic assistances of Eren Baran at Concierge and much appreciate for all entire team. The best hotel i have ever stayed so far. If i glve an example about the dlfference if this hotel, the most attentive, helpfull and smiley staffs are working here.

All good. Employees are nice, hotel is so comfy. Only they don’t have some equipments on the room like toothpaste and toothbrush but i called the guest service and they brought to me at the moment. Hopefully stay once again on the future. Nothing to worry stay here. Excellent!
