Yume Airport Transfer

Used this service for airport transfer from my hotel to Istanbul Airport and it was very good for the price as well! We had a whole minivan to ourselves which made it even more relaxing and comfortable. When we reached the airport it was raining and the driver was very helpful in dragging all the luggage into the airport. Highly recommend Yume Airport transfers.

Took almost 2 or maybe could be 2:30 hours for airport transfer, driver did not use Toll way or any tunnel and they did not inform me that the price is not include Toll way ( most of the airport transfer includes it ) if you are going to use this Company for airport transfer I advise you to avoid it or if you already have booking you should cancel it. 1 out of 5 star.. good luck if you going to use this service, you need luck

Voleur et incompétent !
J'ai commandé un transfert pour l'aéroport d'Istanbul, et par la même occasion,un autre transfert depuis l'aéroport d'Antalya vers old city.
Pour aller à l'aéroport d'Istanbul, le chauffeur est arrivé avec 20 mn de retard car il ne s'était pas réveillé. Il a fallu que je contacte le patron pour qu'il appelle son employé.
Concernant le transfert de l'aéroport d'Antalya vers Old city qu'il gère aussi, il m'a facturé 200 TL. Je suis retourné le voir après vérification des distances, en lui demandant pourquoi sur un trajet 3 fois plus court, le prix était le même que pour aller de son agence à IST. Il m'a répondu qu' Antalya était plus cher. Ce qui est faux ! Pour faire le chemin retour vers l'aéroport d'Antalya, cela m'a couté 80 TL !
Je lui ai envoyé un email pour demander des explications, il ne m'a jamais répondu.
Je déconseille fortement cette agence pour cause de manque de professionnalisme et de malhonnèteté.
