Sushi Manga Göktürk

The food was so spot on that I have been going back every now and then. The menu has such a big variety. Their food is freshly cooked, very tasty and well presented. The owners/employees are really friendly, attentive and service overall was excellent

Sushi Manga is one of our favorite Japanese restaurants in Istanbul. After staying 2 years in Japan, I would recommend this place for Japanese food.
My Pros and Cons for the place as follows;
Pros
- The Ramens and food is delicious. We loved the taste of the ramen, definitely broth is prepared with long time boiling of mixed meat and veggies.
- The beer is super cold like in Tokyo. None of the places I've been in Istanbul don't serve beer this cold. I liked it.
- Sushi is nice, they have variety of choice.
- The waiters are so friendly. They showed so much interest in at our baby, tried to cheer him.
- They offered free ice cream and it was delicious.

Cons
- It would be better if Ramen cup was bigger. I am used to bigger cups.
- They didn't have Otoro at the time even though they had in the menu. Actually, I ask Otoro in each Japanese restaurant I visit. So far none of them had it in Istanbul. It seems difficult to have Otoro in Istanbul.

I guess nobody would doubt about this quality

I'm madly in love with Japanese food. So I'm visiting sushi restaurants rather often. And I can say for sure that this one is one of the best I've ever been. Fast, comfortable, delicious. Just perfect.

The best sushi & far east restaurant in town. Delicious noodles, udons, woks and desserts 2 die 4 😋😋

Beautiful atmosphere, food was delicious. Obliviously prices are expensive but Sushi always is. Average 100-150 lira per dish but totally worth it. Just make sure to ask them not to use alcohol in any of the dishes otherwise some dishes contain alcohol. Staff were really friendly and nice even though we had babies with us. Keep up the good work. Will come back again

Finally I found proper Ramen in Istanbul. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the best sushi restaurants I have visited in the world. I am lucky I can order their sushi for home delivery.

Finally great sushi not only in Gokturk but in Istanbul! Both the Chef and the Staff are doing an amazing job! Being a sushi lover for almost 20 years, 5 stars from me!
P.S. I am a difficult to please customer...

Excellent Japanese food, extensive menu!

I’m an Asian-American that is used to really good asian food. This place is not bad! Closest you’ll get to the real deal. I would recommend to anyone craving asian food in Istanbul.

Unbelievably fabulous. Perfect service, they know very well how to treat customers, pricing is extremely fair for what you get, and food is spectacular.
