Rooms are good outside view are beautiful, they provide good services only issue was main visiting location are far away from the hotel

5 star services and quality! Very quite location with a park nearby. I was lucky to stay in the dubai branch of this hotel last week and can confidently say this one matches and in some regards such as extra facilities exceeds too. They also offer free shuffle to airport and many popular locations in istanbul and malls. I had a beautiful room with sea view and was welcomed warmly with beautiful gifts and freebies in my room. I was also impressed by the communication they kept right from the start when I booked the hotel, asking me if I needed anything prior to arriving and confirming my arrival time. This is outstanding quality service worth the peace of mind.

With its hospitable staff and affordable prices, the best hotel experience I've had in my life was here. I would like to thank all the staff and hotel management. My advice to all domestic and foreign tourists, you can stay here with peace of mind, they offer a clean and friendly service.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They upgraded our room for free so we had a very nice view. They also often messaged us to check if we needed anything and would sometimes bring up deliveries for us if we missed them. Additionally the hotel is close to quite a few shopping centres and is across the road from Miniaturk. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay here again!

I highly recommend the Clarion Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the city. The location is perfect, with stunning views of the park and canal. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. Zeynep and Hana from guest relations were particularly outstanding, always checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. They even sent us a congratulatory gift to our room for my wife and I Hakan at breakfast was also a pleasure to talk to and made us feel welcome. Magnolia and the reception team were extremely helpful and accommodating, even extending our check-out time so we could avoid rushing to the airport too early. Overall, I would give the Clarion Hotel more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Honestly speaking, I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil all our needs. The food served there is very delicious.

perfrect hotel in evry way

My husband and I visited this lovely hotel. It was our first time. We loved the atmosphere and location. It was also great for family. The people were amazing. Hana was great she spoke our language.

I really loved my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff were so welcoming, kind, helpful especially Zeinab and Malak they made sure we stayed comfortable during our stay. This is my third visit and certainly won’t be the last.

We stayed in the Clarion Hotel Golden Horn for six days in a "Suit with Terrace" with a view of the lake, it was a very nice stay here all the facilities were excellent, and there was a very lovely and friendly staff.
We met Ms Maryam an Iranian lady from the hotel she was kind and also had a fantastic problem-solving attitude and a sense of cooperation with guests.
We received excellent room services in this hotel.
we got once a great cleaning service nicely done by Arjun & Ismihan, and they left a nice welcome note for us on the side table. the building is elegant and luxurious, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all Clarion Hotel team and I highly recommend it to everyone else who is looking for a nice hotel to stay.

Stayed here with my husband for a couple of days. Nice view, good cleaning and good breakfast. We were not told that you have to reserve seats for the shuttle bus so when we got on the bus we were told so. Such things are good to know in advance. Got a stern message a few days later that we had not paid the taxi man when we arrived at the hotel even though the taxi man told us that the hotel should fix it, so a little miscommunication there but otherwise we were happy 😃

I was at the hotel solo for 8 nights. Very clean and quiet place. Breakfast was good.
What impressed me a lot was the staff. This is a hotel with the best service I have ever met! All this time I felt calm and safe like at home. They were with me for everything I needed. When I lost my phone, they were able to find it very quickly

Excellent staff, so welcoming and helpful. esp. Mr. Osan, the guest relationship manager who personally took care of everything we required during our stay. Nice location away from the busy and noisy shopping streets to unwind. Taxi always arrived within a few minutes and most attractions were well accessible. Highly recommended.
