AC Hotel by Marriott Istanbul Macka

Stayed here for 5 days in May. Everything was wonderful. The rooms are super clean with a great hot rain shower. Good breakfast each morning and every single staff member was delightful, helpful and welcoming. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel and service was great. The housekeeper Arefe was so kind , my room was really clean im shocked in a good way, she folded my clothes and helped me to carry my luggage , even she doesn’t speaj English enough but understood me at least she is trying her best, i highly recommend this hotel, Staff was polite , and service is great . Thank you arefe again good luck.

Its location in the beginning is very hard to find as it is in residential area. But within 10min walking distance there are tons of nice restaurants and access to bus, train, and ferry. Ferry rides were very good.

Nice hotel, very close to us. Clean, friendly staff, decent prices and close to the entertainment areas of Beșiktaş and Akaretler.

We chose to stay at this ideally situated hotel in the heart of one of Istanbul’s most exclusive neighborhoods surrounded by high end shopping, restaurants, cafes and bars. It’s within steps away from the popular and lively Akkaretler Sokagi where you can enjoy fine dining. It’s lively without being overbearing. It’s a stone throw away from Dolmabahce Palace, the Besiktas iskele or port where you can hop on a ferry ride to the Princess Islands. There is an exchange place within walking distance. It’s extremely safe and I was able to walk around comfortably as a single woman at any time of day or night. The hotel uses its space quite well and feels like an apartment or townhouse. The personnel or staff were highly attentive to our needs, went above and beyond their way to help us with any matter, and provided excellent recommendations for excursions. I would especially like to thank Samet for his consummate professionalism, diligence, care and extra attention towards helping me and my disabled mother. They conveniently have a car park next door and in front of the hotel. There is a car rental location within minutes away in Besiktas, a taxi stand and lovely park to relax. The hotel’s kitchen serves exquisite food both for breakfast and I highly recommend their room service. Everything in their menu was scrumptious. You can chill out in their cool lobby area that boasts a quaint bar and off to the back a library. They even have an outdoor patio to have breakfast. We loved it so much that we decided to stay here twice during our month long visit after exploring the Aegean side of Turkiye. They provided us with an even better room on the roof overlooking the spectacular Bosphorus at a discounted rate. I decided that I will always come back to stay at this wonderful hotel during future trips. Please tip the reception, kitchen and dining room, house keeping and car park attendants for their amazing hard work. I especially wish to thank Huseyin, Coskun, Berk, Oguzhan, Efe, Ali and Samet. They did an exceptional job and should be acknowledged and rewarded for their hard work.

In a prior visit 6 months ago I had some issues but wow this time did the hotel make up. Service was excellent from beginning to start. To start the hotel is in a great location close to lots of restaurants. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant is nice and again service is excellent here. I am sure after this good experience I will be back.

Great location, very nice spacey and clean rooms. Friendly service and hotel location 40-45min drive from Airport. Local bus stop 1 min away and ferry 10min away. 10 min walk in either direction to bars and restaurants, shops down the hill. Or uphill 15mins to shopping area.

One of the finest hotels in Istanbul in the Sisli area.

The hotel is very cozy, located in a very nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near-by.

They have relatively spacious rooms that are well maintained and well furnished, and the furniture is well maintained. Their staff is very friendly, and their food is excellent.

It is a 5 minute walk to the Sisli bus station, 10 minutes walk to Kabataš tram station, and 20 minutes walk to Taksim square.

Amazing location, great hospitality. I can only recommend to choose this Hotel for a comfortable stay in Istanbul. It’s located in one of the nicest and safe area’s of Istanbul and surrounded by very nice Cafes and Restaurants ( walking distance) The breakfast and Restaurant Menu has also different choices and very good quality.The Hotel employees are very friendly and professional.We were here on vacation , we felt very special and appreciated .

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice Dec 2019 and March 2023. I’m always happy with my stay here. This trip I got the top floor with the view of Bosphorous. Breakfast is good. Location is good. Lots of restaurants and bars around the area. Walking distance to Besiktas ferry and Nışantaşi area.

Very cute hotel bith a nice atmosphere.Location is great on the street with many locals and restaurants down on the begginig of the street and up countinue to Nisantasi. The staff is so kind. The lobby is so quite and pleasent. The restaurant is small but so cute and well organised. Breakfast is nice. Rooms are nice and clean. Its on walking distance to Besiktas iskekesi where is drop off from the Havas shuttle bus from the airport. STRONGLY RECOMMEDABLE 🥰

Great location, very nice rooms but even better staff. I was on a business trip and often getting in late and the restaurant would be closed but the staff would always kindly make me a coffee. Rooms are give the balcony had a good view. House keeping was stellar. The gym and health club were closed due to the pandemic but other than that, it was a great stay.

Great place to stay and great location. Staff are super helpful and efficient. The room we stayed in was awesome; it was a standard room but it was surprisingly big. Great bathroom and very clean, too. If you are considering staying here, I’d say do it!

Location was OK, staff were helpful, and the place was really clean. The number of rooms that have a view for the bosphorus are few, so my room was big but it didn't have a bosphorus view. But overall, great hotel.

We enjoyed our stay a lot so we came back again after our vacation to Bodrum. The rooms are clean spacious and have a very comfortable bed. Big thanks to Berk in reception for his hospitality and great suggestion of the area around! The area is well located, safe and close to the things you want to visit when you are in Istanbul with local transportation. Lady in breakfast also very sweet and accommodating, thank you all 🤗🙏🏼

Gökalp is the best! 10/10 amazing waiter even better cocktails (espresso martini is....., makes you feel like you're at home goes out of his way to make you feel at home.

If you have insomnia, this is your hotel! Love how quiet and peaceful this hotel is - have been traveling In Europe for the last month and this is the first hotel I haven’t needed to use earplugs in! If you want really deep sleep, ask for one of the basement floors -even during the day I can’t even hear the street noise or mosque call to prayer.

Home away from home. Courteous and very professional staff. Excellent food and services. Would like to visit again. Easy and accessible transport system right to the door step.

Very clean, good rooms, comfortable beds, everything looks modern and of good quality. Only spent there 1 night, but the area looked interesting, close to the embankment and tourists attractions.
