Great service and nice treatment overall.

The breakfast buffet is very good and the waitresses are amazing and very friendly.

I was lucky to be served and welcomed by the staff Omer he is very kind always smiling and welcoming us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast selection was amazing. The restaurant on the top floor was superb. We were so impressed that we booked another night at the Hotel after returning from our road trip to Cappadocia and before flying out.

I had a fantastic experience staying. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. From assisting with recommendations for local attractions to promptly addressing any concerns, their hospitality was truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and enjoyable stay

I have finally found a hotel that I feel is 100% perfect in every aspect. I had the most relaxing time and the service was fantastic. I want to say a special thanks to Amine and Omer in the lobby restaurant and bar for being so kind and friendly, they made me feel so welcome. I can’t wait to come back soon.

Great place to stay. Food here is wonderful. Large breakfast selection. Friendly helpful staff. Within walking distance to very nice walking trails. Highly recommend.

Very hotel, good service and staff very friendly and supportive. Guest relations manager zeynep diken was fantastic giving all the information we needed during our stay. Such a gorgeous lady. The thing is there are not enough varieties on the breakfast menu. Apart from excellent service with polite staff members.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Movenpick, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed here while I had a hair transplant. The food was really good. Coffee was great and the service from amine was fantastic!

Spa is excellent had a massage and hamam Turkish bath , my therapist name Rani , she is professional with her job and skills are excellent I would recommend her to my friend and family.
Food is good on the 10th floor Arca restaurant the manager Murat and staff fatih are brilliant service.
First floor dinner, staff Temel he serve food with a smile always and chef Erove makes great food.
Overall the hotel is excellent place to stay.
All the staff at the hotel are polite and service is 5 star ⭐ thank you for making our stay comfortable.

The place is like heaven, the staff is so friendly and helpful, they would do anything to male your stay comfortable, they made me a reservation for dinner at a very nice place, they provide me with taxi at anytime and any place that I would like to go! They smile all the time and made everything easer to do and to get. Special thanks to Ece at the brakefast restauran in the first floor, she is very sweet a d helpful.

The staff is some of the best I have ever encountered. They are always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. I would especially like to commend the following staff members:

Ilhan Kaplanoglu at the front desk was always very welcoming and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
Sedat was also very friendly and helpful. He helped us with our luggage.
Ece the guest relations manager was amazing. She arranged a lovely anniversary dinner for us and even gave us a complimentary.
Huseyin was also very helpful. He gave us great recommendations.

Omer Tufan is been exceptionally well and shown a great deal of customer service. Extremely helpful and highly informative, well trained and knowledgeable.

Everyone in the hotel is nice and helpful especially ECE she is so sweet and kind , about the hotel the breakfast is good and the room is clean and big .

Lovely bar and wonderful service was provided and I would highly recommend to tourists. Amine was very helpful and very knowledgeable for everything that I asked.

My wife and I recently returned from a short vacation in another country where we were disappointed with the level of service we received at some of the so-called "5-star" hotels. The service is perfect the hotel is perfect, we were surprised with free shuttles rides, the best breakfast, the room service is amazing the overall service is amazing made our stay in beautiful turkey even more beautiful we were assisted by omer tufan and he was more than amazing

This hotel was my second home. The staff are wonderful people and the hospitality in this hotel was unmatched. From the minute we entered the door to breakfast, transport arrangements and any and all requests, the staff were there to help us. It feels like a family rather than a hotel.

Zeynep, is the crown jewel of Mövenpick. Her hospitality was phenomenal. There is no hotel that is perfect but Zeynep ironed out any of the problems we had and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and happy. Her customer relations skills are superb! And she is an overall lovely person and the definition of Turkish hospitality.

I'd like to mention Ece for always warmly welcoming us at breakfast and tending to our daily transport and other arrangements, Anıl for seeing to us when we needed additional heating and for overall, his politeness, Kenan for going out of his way to make sure we had a safe, reliable way of getting to our destination. Sedat and Enes (excuse my spelling if incorrect) for their warmth, manners and extra helping hands.

The breakfast was fantastic. A wide variety of foods, bread and sweet treats, special requests attended to personally, the most friendly chefs and breakfast team. The food was of a very high quality always.

Transport shuttle services are provided to 3 central spots which was extra handy. The metro is a 3 minute walk from the hotel

We have stayed at the Movenpick Golden Horn, probably over 50 nights across the last 2 years. We recently visited for 22 nights, and had an amazing stay.

The staff is so friendly (special call outs to Vedat and Zeynep for the care) - and are always willing to help. One of the staff, (forgive me I didn’t catch his name) even helped me pull a car seat out of a car I was having trouble with.

We travel as a family of 3, and our 4 year old son always loves coming back to Movenpick. We all enjoy the breakfast and other amenities the hotel provides. The room cleaners are also friendly and attentive.

It’s in a good location nearby to the metro and taxis are easily available. We will see you all next time! Thanks for everything!
