I have made a booking on short notice due to an emergency(swollen tooth).
We arrived half an hour early so we decided to wait outside the clinic but the lady from the reception noticed and she invited us in.
She started straight away to do the formalities/registration and in no time I had the dental X-ray done and ready to be seen by the Doctor - very good customer service.
I was seen by Dr. Veske, a very friendly person. I like the way he explained what had to be done and he managed to do the tooth extractionas planned.
The most important was the following days when they texted me to see how am I feeling.

My journey started last year with Dr Serdal when I was interested in dental implant treatment.
After two very nervous consultations, where he explained everything to me in a very detailed and factual way I decided to proceed. (He was very patient with me!)
I had my 'procedure' for the initial screws to be fitted on July 3rd 2023.
The actual procedure is not a pleasant experience and there was some discomfort but there was no pain at all.
Even in my recovery, no pain!
Dr Serdal worked very hard and reassured me throughout the procedure as I was very nervous. He was very calming.
Of course with this kind of procedure, there is to be expected to be some discomfort, but this only lasted for two days.
Again I must stress there was no pain!
The 'after care' was fantastic!
My wounds were cleaned and attended to every couple of days.
I was a little swollen and bruised, but this went within five days and I was back to my normal self!
I was given antibiotics, pain relief (that was not required) and mouthwash to use.
After ten days I was fitted with temporary prosthetic teeth to travel back home with which I am wearing now.
I will travel back later this year to have my new permanent porcelain teeth fitted into the screws which I am excited about. Dr Serdal, his wife and their team are very caring and put you at ease.
The clinic is spotlessly clean with the latest technology.
Dr Serdal really wants to do the best job he can to give you, the client, the best outcome you can hope and wish for.
I really felt that Dr Serdal got to know me as a person, and not just as a client, and that is down to the amazing care and attention to detail that I was given.
I look forward to continuing on with my journey.

Absolutely amazing Serdal Veske ! He is the best in dentistry work, in my experience, and the best customer care. I was suffering from distress when my crown broke and I was recommended this practice by a friend who lives here in side.
Doctor Serdal made me feel comfortable and took care of everything and my crown was replaced with the finest quality. The receptionist and staff also made me feel easy and comfortable and the technology they use is of the highest standard possible.

Sadece ve sadece iki gün süren implant tedavim tamamlandı ve samimi bir şekilde söylemeliyim ki, bu süreç boyunca hiçbir ağrı veya rahatsızlık hissetmedim. Serdar Bey, gerçekten de mesleğinde uzman ve bu konuda son derece yetenekli biri. Başından sonuna kadar süreci detaylı bir şekilde açıklaması ve her adımda beni bilgilendirmesi, gerçekten de güven vericiydi. Herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim! :)

Serdal bey’e 3 gün önce gömülü olan iki yirmilik dişimi çektirdim. Daha öncesinde gittiğim doktor dişin kökünün sinire çok yakın olduğunu bu yüzden riskli ve felç kalma ihtimalimin olduğunu, çektirmek için son âna kadar beklemem gerektiğini söylemişti. Kendisinin çekemeyeceğini ve çekim için Manavgat’ta önerebileceği birinin olmadığını söylemesi üzerine o korkuyla İstanbul , Ankara her yeri araştırmaya başladım. Ve bir sene boyunca ağrı ve inanılmaz bir korku yaşadım. Arkadaşımın önerisiyle Serdal bey’e muayene olmaya gittim ve çekim konusunda ikna olmakta bayağı bir güçlük yaşadım çünkü his kaybı yaşayacağıma büyük bir ihtimal verildiği için çok inanmıştım. Öncelikle sabırla benim korkumla uğraştığı sonrasında birçok doktorun çok riskli dediği dişimi başarıyla çektiği için ne kadar teşekkür etsem azdır. Kendisiyle karşılaşmasam son raddeye kadar buna cesaret edemezdim. Aynı gün hem riskli dedikleri hem de diğer gömülü dişimden operasyon oldum. Belki yarım saat bile sürmemiştir , benim için operasyon kolay geçti 😊 şu an 3. günüm ve ağrı kesici kullanmaya bile gerek duymadım. Biraz uzun anlattım ama durumumu yaşayanlar olursa benim gibi ağrıya katlanmadan , korkmadan gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilirsiniz 🙏🏻

Dr. Serdal bey ve Pınar hanım tedavi hakkında ve tedavim de hekim olarak ve hasta psikolojisinde çok taktir ettiğim ve klinikte bulunan ölçüm cihazları ile konforlu bir tedaviye başladım çok korktuğum implant, dolgu, kanal ve diş çekimlerin de ağrısız ve hafif sanki sohbet eder gibi bir işlem yaşadım ben daha doktor işleme başlayacak derken oooo işlem bitmiş hızlı ve pratik en önemlisi güvenilir hijyen başarılı güzel güzlü ortamda tedavime devam etmekteyim. Dr. Serdal Veske ve ortodonti dr Pınar hanıma işlerinde başarılar ve nice hastalara dokunması dileğimle Allah razı olsun sizlerden iyiki sizleri tanımışım ve sizinle tedavime başlamışım çok mutlu gülüşlere sahip olduğum için çok mutluyum 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Doktor ve ekibinin ilgisi harika, bütün opsiyonları en ince detayına kadar seçenek olarak size sunuyorlar ve en doğru tedaviyi seçmenize çok yardımcı oluyorlar. Randevu saatinde herhangi bir gecikme vs de olmadan direkt randevu saatinde hemen işleme başlıyorlar. Sonuç olarak adamlar bu işin kitabını yazmışlar, doktora ayrı asistanlara ayrı teşekkür ederim.

Doktor bey, yıllardır güvenerek gittiğim tek diş doktoru. Hem işine aşık hem de mükemmel bir insan. Direkt soruna odaklanır, teşhis tedaviyi koordineli olarak yerine getirir. Sizin sadece koltuğa sırtınızı yaslamaniz yeterli. Hastasına vermiş olduğu güven paha biçilemez. Öyle ki korku diye bir şey olmaz. Muazzam bir iletişimi var. Esprileri sayesinde tedavinin ne zaman bittiğine inanamayacaksınız.Kendisini de ekibini de tanıdığım için çok memnunum. Buradan ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Özellikle de şunu belirtmek isterim ; Doktor bey Allah katında duacınızım. Allah sizleri korusun.Elleriniz dert görmesin. Size ilham veren çok kıymetli insanlarla birlikte olun.

Yıllar içinde süregelen fobimden dolayı dişlerimlerimle ilgili problemleri sürekli erteliyordum. Ama artık dayanılmaz hale gelmişti. Uzun araştırmalarim sonucu Serdal beyle tanıştım. Dolgu, ağır kanal tedavisi, diş iltihabı temizleme(diş ameliyatı) son olarak da implant. Benim için problemler, ne kadar karmaşık ve korkutucu olsa da Serdal bey hepsini alnının akıyla bitirdi. Klinikten o kadar memnun kaldım ki on yıldır ertelediğini diş teli tedavisini yaptırmaya karar verdim. Umarım, korkusunu yenemeyip, güvenilir bir hekim arayanlar Serdal beyle tanışır.

Ben iki sene diş kisti tedavisi gördüm ama bir türlü sonuca varamadım. Ne zaman ki serdar hocamla tanıştım sonuca varıldı. Dişdeki kist ameliyatını yaptı hiç acı hissetmeden ve insanın korkusunu yenerek motive ederek ameliyatı bitirdi. Ayrıca ameliyat sonrası ayrıca çok güzel bir süpriz oldu bana dişimde kararma olmuştu kistten dolayı onuda yok etmiş. Dişlerimi görünce çok şaşırdım. Çok mutlu oldum. Herkese çokkkk kkk çokkkk tavsiye ederim. Ben çok memnunum hocamdan. İyiki tanımışım sizi hocam. Sizin sayenizde korkumu yendim.
