Water Side Resort & Spa

Hotel is very nice, located between river and sea, with mountains in background. Rooms are rather small but clean and qit samll balcony, air-conditioning system works fine. There are a lot of things going on every day - animations for kids, 4 water slides, evening shows and disco. Restaurant is full of good food, each day evening dinner is with food from grill. Staff working in the hotel is the biggest treasure, they are very kind, hardworking and always smiling.

We simply cannot recommend this hotel enough!!

- The food is great- huge variety to choose from, snacks available at all times and fridges all over the hotel full of cold water.

- The pools are great and are suitable for children of all ages.

- The staff are beyond polite and are very helpful and understanding.

- Excellent location.

- The whole hotel is immaculate! Every thing is very clean and presentable at all times.

- There is every kind of facility that you can imagine to offer!

We stayed in this hotel for one week during July. The hotel is well organised, staff is friendly and there are quite a few activities arranged by the entertainment team. The pool area is large and there is also a private beach for hotel guests. The hotel has many services including kid's mini club, spa and professional photographer. Special thanks to the two photographers who took great photos of us to take back home. Overall, staying at this hotel was an enjoyable experience.

I wouldn't fault the hotel for anything.
The location of the hotel, at first I was surprised that it is quite far from the city, but the advantage is the buses that run a short distance from the hotel to the center of Side and Manavgat. It runs from morning to midnight and the interval is 5 to 7 minutes.
Room - clean, mini bar refilled daily. Only the cleaning took place, but the balcony was not cleaned during the entire stay, and the cleaning of the floor was not much either.
The staff - they were brilliant. Helpful if I didn't know how to do something, nice both in the hotel and on the beach, by the pool.
I really appreciated that we got the room before 14:00 and the possibility to leave the room at 12:00 is also great.
Furthermore, the hotel has a super prepared information sheet, where everything is very well laid out.
Food and drinks, I have nothing to complain about here either. There was always something to choose from the amount of food.
Enough food and drink even during the day.
The animation program for children was ok.
There are three shops and a hairdresser in the hotel.
The beach is about 300 meters away. A surprise was because it is pebbly. So we were looking for water shoes, but they had them in the store at the hotel.
Another great holiday in Turkey for me.

Our rooms were very nice, clean and had everything you need. Lovely view and great Sunrise. Staff were all friendly and many were local. After reading some of the reviews I'm not sure they stayed at the same hotel. 🤷‍♀The food was excellent and a great choice, too much to mention. I am very fussy so I would be honest if it was not good. There were plenty of Sunbeds. Food 24hrs. Kids disco every night. Buses to the City every 10 mins (No.10) and No.2 bus to go to Side, well worth a visit. Jeep Safari and Green Lakes boat tour very good and worth every penny.

Little out of way food repeated every day but enjoyed the week we spent here and would go back again

Fabulous hotel - staff are friendly and everywhere is clean. Food and drinks are good & food is fairly varied for all inclusive. Rooms are decent size. Swimming pool is absolutely freezing! A little way out of Side however there’s a regular bus to both Side and Manavgat for €1

Currently staying at this hotel with my partner and leaving tomorrow night. All in all this holiday experience has been amazing so sad to go home:( firstly the hotel is beautiful the decor all round is stunning see video below and room was very clean and pretty decor and all the toiletries you could ask for plus more generally thought of everything. Only one thing is they don’t have irons so i would bring one if needed. And also not many things to watch on tv that’s not in Turkish but that’s expected to be honest bring a fire stick or something.
Since the second we arrived everyone has been so friendly and welcoming considering it’s our first time in Turkey ever. All the bar staff and waiters very good and our rep Benjamin very good explaining all about excursions and activities which we did book the quad bikes and the safari although we didn’t go in the end as he did mention all we would see is stray cats which resulted in a refund lol but other than that the best time! The food is authentic Turkish food and served 24th a a day pretty much. And very strong cocktails on tap if that’s what your into.
There’s a lot to do in the hotel such as different shops, hairdressers, disco, games room ect… beach is also just a 5/10 minute walk and the beach bar is included in your all inclusive which is great.

About 15 min drive away from the town but you can pretty much get free transfers from different restaurants and cheap busses too and from every 10 mins.
We had some professional photos taken with the photo department at the end and they were the absolute best!! The best photographer Thankyou for capturing our love and I will treasure those forever. Definitely recommend!!! We thank everyone very much for the best holiday we will 100% be back!!

Realy good hotel for good price. Apartments are small but well organized.

Beautiful hotel mashallah. No issues or concerns with the hotel. Stayed for 4 nights as a family and had a lovely experience. Only 1 thing to.improve the poolside music not always suitable for young kids.

Great hotel and very decent people working here. Proper turkish food, beautiful beach, daily evening entertainment (for both kids and adults). Loved it all. One of the best holidays so far.

Very friendly staff. German and english language is well. Very Clean. Buffet they offer is a good Mix from local food and international. Tourist you can't choose. But this everywhere Same "Problem"

Excellent resort with plenty of option for relaxing, very close to sea, amazing room, so many option for food. People are so helpful & informative about the local area. Definately come back again.

Amazing view (if you are on right side of hotel). All swiming pools are perfect. Very good food, friendly staff. Beach is problem... because this hotel has something like terrace insteda of beach. Nearest beach with pebble is about 500 meters away (this is the only problem). Everything else is OK.

My family and friends are so happy about that holiday we have been here for 7 days nice people good food everything 5 star 🌟 🤩 ❤

Everything was more than excellent, the staff was incredibly friendly, but the alcohol is really bad, everything is too sweet. But the beer is excellent.

The best holidays ever! Superb! I will return!
