J'adore Deluxe Hotel & Spa

it was an unforgettable trip with my family. we were greeted kindly despite the fact that it was 3 am, they even offered to eat! the rooms are clean, bed linen and towels are changed every day! large dining room and terrace. big pool is not deep. to the sea you can walk 150m or there is transport at a certain time. the food is delicious and varied and there are a lot of kinds of desserts and fruits. my family has remained satisfactorily.

Great experience! The hotel is cleaned every day (the rooms, the area outside).
Employees are very kind and polite, always in a great mood.
Various food during breakfast, lunch, and dinner, there are also bars that offer snacks and drinks between the meals.
The pool is clean, and the beach is near, you can go by walking, it takes you no more than 5 minutes, but there is also a bus that takes you to the beach if you don’t like walking :)
Overall, everything was great, loved it here!

Cons:
- The most annoying thing for us was the way too loud music at the poll - to the point where it was uncomfortable for the ears (and for the overdriven speakers as well)
- Finding a free table in the main restaurant could be a challenge; same goes for the sunbed by the pool
- Only 3 out of 5 a la carte restaurants available (although this could be a point for the travel agency)
- Information flow could be improved (easy to miss live music performances, beach parties, pool games / tournaments etc.)
- Allowing to smoke cigarettes at amphitheater (e.g. families with children at sitting chair to chair with the person smoking...)
- Rocky bottom of the ocean (good to have some protection for your feet)
- Dress code in main restaurant needs to be more restrictive (sitting on wet material chair was not comfortable, but more importantly - wet floor was unsafe!)

Pros:
- Relatively new hotel - clean, well maintained, fully equipped.
- Variety of food (both local and western), prepared in front of you, available 24/7, served in both: main building and on the beach
- Three pools (two under the roof = no sun - great for kids), cool slides!
- Planty of activities available (incl. different theme every night)
- Very close to the beach (~400m - we walked, although the hotel bus runs almost all day)

Overall - very pleasant experience. Relatively new, clean and well maintained hotel, open with lots of activities suitable for all ages. Special thanks to Uğur for his commitment and dedication which went way beyond our expectations (for us it was one of the biggest highlights of the trip, well done mate!).

This place is really great, there is a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, you can enjoy a lot of fun activities like pool parties, going to the gym, daily live music at the beach and much much more. The staff is also very nice and helpful. I love spending my holidays here

The entertainment team was perfect they were all friendly and we really enjoyed spending time with them
Umit, Murat and Ibo they are the best and we can't forget the entertainment team manager, magic.
If you wanna stay at this hotel just go to them and be sure they will make your vacation wonderful.
Avoid the market inside the hotel.
The location is a bit far from other markets but there are busses everywhere.

I broke.my.foot a couple.of weeks before my holiday, so wasn't really in the mood to go, but I went. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff couldn't do enough, the food was great, changing each day, shopping was closely, peaceful place. Great time of the year to go, good weather, not too busy. Best hotel I have ever been to

This is a very good hotel, I stayed here for a week and I want to come to this hotel again. Because the service and animators are top notch! The manager Eros is good, and the animator Aya is a nice and super girl! Thanks to her, my vacation was fun and the best! good and show and she is always kind to me and to everyone. I love the kitchen too! I recommend this hotel to everyone!

Food is very good quality and a lot of choices. Nice rooms and amazing location. Good view in beach.

We were two couples and stayed for a week in Maj 2018 and enjoyed it. Staff was very good and helpful. Animation team was professional and were keeping guests busy most of the time with different activities and the show time was very good with international artists. Food is good and cleaning of the facilities was priority. We liked the beach and services offered especially beach bus, even beach was 200m from hotel in nice green path.
