Paloma Finesse Side

A modern and cozy hotel for family vacations or couples. Paloma Finesse is not so big and crowded compared to some other places, therefore every guest gets a special attention. Excellent food and drinks selection and high-quality entertainment programs. A Paloma Aqua Part is a nice extra for your family stay. We stayed twice there and will come back in the future.

Chose the hotel after many evaluations and comparisons with other options, but definetely did not regret for a moment staying at Paloma Finesse Side.

The assortment of food is great and high quality, everyday something new is being introduced. If you don't find what you like or want - problem is you.

Drinks are always made from high quality ingredients, with many different options to choose from. Was quite surprised of assortment of offered cocktails that did leave a very good impression.

Rooms are minimalistic and very comfortable, all looking luxurious and beautiful.

The decorations at hotel are beautiful, mini ponds, rocks statues, banana trees, all that is creating a pleasant environment.

No complaints of cleaniless, everything is being watch the way it should be.

The staff is helpful and friendly, always supporting you.

The hotel is amazing! Very beautiful and quiet.
Food is very good and everyone can find what they like.
Rooms are clean and nice.
Personel is very friendly, helpful, pleasant.

Paloma Finesse was truly an amazing experience for us.
Went there in early September - I think the best weather time in Side.

The #1 highlight of this hotel is its staff. They always ask how you're doing or need anything. They'd go out of their ways if something you want is not available within their disposal. This is a testament of good management as they hired and trained highly skilled individuals and the staff with great attitude. Looks like everyone loves working there, which creates a very relaxed and happy environment. We were impressed with the level of education and the drive of the younger staff at the bars and entertainment.

The reception staff made sure we start having a great experience right at the arrival.

The food is simply perfect. The quality of ingredients is superb. The managers eat with the guests so that tells you the food is good. Menus in all restaurants are well curated.

Special thanks to Nursel Hanim and her team (Hatice, Selma, Kadriye, and Gul Hanim) for the breakfast goodies. (Pisi was tastier than my mom's)

Ali knows the meat. He cooked the best T-bone and Texas steaks for me. He has a great career ahead in this business. I had the chance to chat with the master chef and he's truly a great leader and mentor for his staff. Simply put, they all know their stuff well. The only unfortunate thing is the restaurants book fast (done via app). The chefs in the restaurants are great as well. They invited me to taste off menu creations for next year's menu. I felt privileged.

Beach bar staff is awesome. They showcased their individual creation cocktails and they're really tasty.

The evening shows are amazing, especially the bands at the beach club were truly entertaining.

The rooms: super clean, well designed. It's worth upgrading to a sea view second floor room.
Aqua park is large and super fun. It's not just for kids.

This is not a negative point per se but I wished the hotel were adults only.
We loved it so much, we are so going back next year...

We had a good stay. The hotel environment is lovely the grounds with the plants and even Banana trees.
Only points would be the room fridge not being re-stocked with our asking and the small waters provided for the room.

Stayed with kids 7yo: wonderful place - Does not look like regular Turkish 5* hotels. With minimalistic design and perfect service it is much more a boutique luxury hotel.

Food: Very good, a lot of options with possibility to get fine-dining by the beach and reservations for a la carte

Drinks: didn’t try many, but service amazing, they keep offering :)

Nice afternoon lounge for tea, coffee, ice-cream (all day)

Kids: play house works as a kindergarden, older kids can walk in/out at any point. Big relief for parents. The whole area is very safe and many families are with kids, our boys could just wonder around from kid’s club to football field all day

Waterpark: best hotel waterpark I’ve seen so far, could compare to a smaller city aquapark

Pools and beach clean, always available pool beds

Nightshows: seen Circus and Wonderland show - far above expectations for in-hotel show

Overall: would definitely stay again and recommend.

Best hotel in Turkey so far. Great stuff and very good food. Yozu drink menu (gin) top level! We will visit Paloma Finesse Side again for sure!

Amazing hotel with everything you could possibly need. The facilities, rooms, food and drink are five star but what really makes it are the friendly staff. We were treated so well by everyone but have to mention Hikmet and Demir at the beach club bar who made us feel at home from day one and looked after us all week…..we will definitely be back again!

We had an amazing time! Never experienced such good vibes, excellent food, extraordinary service and amazing room at one place! We spend here 7 nights in a suite with a swim-up (we shared a pool with 3 other rooms), so we hadn't the need to use the main pool, which was also very nice. But we prefer more privacy. I'd highlight the option of the booking of the so-called 'Cabana' on the beach. This is a cabin with a lounge and sunbeds only for you, with a charge of 120€. You enjoy the service of drinks brought directly to your place, lunch and much more! It's definitely worth it for a day! We had also some dinners in the Med Kitchen, definitely a must have! Our waiter Muzaffer Arici was the loveliest guy on earth. He saw any needs in your eyes, any wishes you had - came true. Besides the food was delicious, he made it a memorable evening. The hotel can be delighted to have him. He made our last night here simply lovely. Moreover, the cleanliness of the whole area of the hotel was without precedent. In particular, you haven't ever seen any rubbish anywhere, nothing. So, all in one, this stay is a must and you'll not regret it ever.

We’re 7 days into our 10 day stay so will write a more detailed review at the end. So far our stay has been wonderful. Rooms are great and the setting is tranquil. We’ve had fantastic meals at the buffet and a la cartes. Big thanks to Pinar at the pool bar during the day and Muzaffer Arici this evening at the beach club for amazing and friendly service!

Just wow! We've just come back from this hotel and I must say, it's one of the best hotels I've been too (and I've been to quiet a few). We had a swim-up appartment and it was so worth it. We spend a lot of time just relaxing at our appartment at the pool, no other guests around (except sometimes your direct neighbours, but more than often, we'd be in the pool at different times).
The food is absolutely delicious, you can chose between the main restaurant and two à la carte restaurants which are included, and one which costs extra and is being hosted by a chef cook (we didn't go to that restaurant). Snacks, including high quality ice-cream and cocktails can be consumed almost through out the whole day.
The beach bar is lovely, you can sit there and relax, having a drink, a snack or a real meal while watching the waves.
The staff is very nice and friendly, the language is sometimes a problem, but they are all trying so hard to do their best with a smile on their face.
The whole area is very clean, you can see people cleaning all the time, be it at the beach, the bars, the pool or any other place.
Then there is the "Palomaqua", a great aquapark with many slides, even for the little ones from just 1 year. There is something for everyone, some slides are nice and slow, others are more thrill seeking. The aquapark can only be visited by the guests of the Paloma hotels, so there are never too many people and waiting lines for the slides are 2-3 minutes maximum.
The beach is absolutly lovely, there are enough sun loungers for everyone.
3 times a week, there is a show at the hotel worthy of Las-Vegas.
Side is just a 10 minute bus ride away and really beautiful at night with lots and lots of tourists, when it's not so hot.
Unfortunately, there is nothing else in the direct neighbourhood, no shops or pharmacy.
The hotel however does have a few shops itself, and the neighbour Paloma hotel which is just a few steps away, has a few more.
We absolutly plan to come back again.

I completely fell in love with the lush greenery that surrounded you from the moment you arrived. The resort boasts an expansive, verdant green grounds with a variety of palm trees and other exotic plants that made me feel like I was wandering through a botanical garden.

The attention to detail in the landscaping was impressive, and I found myself constantly admiring the unique and beautiful foliage around every corner. 😍🌴🌿

incredible staff. Every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in making my stay as enjoyable as possible. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and that I was comfortable and happy

One of the highlights of my stay was the variety of delicious cuisine on offer. The resort boasted an impressive array of culinary options, ranging from local delicacies to international fare. Every meal was a feast for the senses, with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and impeccable presentation.
Overall, I can say without hesitation that this resort is one of the best I've ever visited. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a little bit of paradise on earth.

First: this is my personal opinion, not everyone may agree.

We stayed with a girlfriend and we were very satisfied.
I was in Turkey for the 6th time and for the first time I experienced such a concept of accommodation, i.e. a central building with a reception and the apartments themselves in one-story villas distributed throughout the area.
The area itself is full of beautiful plants, so we felt like we were in a botanical garden.

The apartment was reasonably large, clean, and we appreciated the terrace the most, which we used especially after sunset.

The food in the main dining room was plentiful, varied and delicious. Service was quick and helpful.

The beach was clean and, to our surprise, quite empty. Drinks were delivered on the beach via an app. We had our own parasol with enough space around it, so we could position the sunbeds as needed.

We didn't use the hotel pool so I can't comment. I went to the gym. It was reasonably large and equipped.
The hotel also included an aqua park with free entry for hotel guests.

Overall, I rate the hotel as fully meeting our needs and expectations.

Finally, just a few comments:
- It would be nice to have hooks on the beach umbrellas to hang things on
- Sometimes it was difficult to communicate in English or German, we had to use google translator
- We were disappointed with the ala carte dinner, the food seemed insufficiently seasoned and the guests did not follow the dress code at all
- Sometimes there was a problem with refilling the minibar

The Paloma Finesse is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. A great well kept complex with beautiful cubus houses, a huge pool, beach club bar and insanely good food in several restaurants. Very professional staff, always friendly and helpful. Really great!!! We would like to especially highlight the service team at MedKitchen, especially Muzaffar Arici and Gargi: professional and always courteous and friendly!!!! Thank you very much for that!!!!!!!!
The only drawback in the hotel is the somewhat sparse entertainment program. Only 2 to 3 stage shows a week, otherwise the pool and stage area is dark from 9 pm and does not invite you to linger.
Only in the beach club is every evening program with live music and DJ. For the size of the hotel, this is too little in my opinion. There is still potential for optimization here.
Nevertheless, a great hotel. We will definitely come back a third time.

We were at the Paloma Finesse for a couple vacation and we just have to say that the service at the beach club is the absolute best. Especially Aziz Ömer and Dilek. They were both absolutely polite, kind and totally attentive. Thanks a lot to both of you!

Hikmet is the best barkeepe!! He is really polite and so hardworking which made the atmosphere much better. Me and my friends loved him and really enjoyed our time here.

Amazing! Our first time in Turkey and it was absolutely gorgeous. Four amazing restraunts at the property. Great cocktails. Rooms are very spacious and beautifully designed. The resort truly feels like a high end destination. Staff is so friendly and works hard to please every guest. I just wish more people tipped. I guess, it is a cultural thing.

We went to the hotel in our summer holidays and it was amazing especially the beach bar our server there called muzaffer arici was amazing really 5/5.
The hotel overall looks very good and is modern the beach is beautiful and the food is very good.

Last time I came to Turkey, mattress was like a brick, so this was a nice surprise, no sleeping on pillows for me this time, drinks are very good, lots of main brands are in the inclusive,
The staff are very attentive and quick to help you.

The hotel is absolutely amazing couldn’t fault it, the staff were amazing fantastic aswell, rooms and mini bar filled and cleaned everyday, the only one problem I had with the hotel was the entertainment is poor they do 15 minutes kids disco then your sitting there after that in silence they had the odd show on now and again but mostly silence
