Ege Vera

I had a fantastic experience at Ege Vera in Marmaris. This gem of a restaurant truly stands out with its late-night opening hours, staying open until almost 6 am, a rarity for establishments of its class and size. The convenience factor was outstanding as it was located just below my Airbnb.

The food at Ege Vera is top-notch, offering a wide variety of dishes to choose from, although understandably the selection may be somewhat more limited during the late-night hours. The service was not only efficient but also incredibly pleasant, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

One of the standout features of Ege Vera is its open-air setting, which provides a lovely view of the surrounding area, enhancing the atmosphere and making your meal even more memorable. With all these factors combined, I can confidently say that you can't go wrong by choosing Ege Vera for a delicious and convenient dining experience in Marmaris.

Always good, and fast. We ordered delivery from them multiple times and went to they restaurant multiple times. Quality is very consistent and staff is friendly.

If you just want to have a good Turkish breakfast, or easy lunch/dinner. This is for sure your place to go.

We were recommended to head to this restaurant by another more touristy restaurant owner to taste real Turkish food and we were not disappointed. We decided on the Adana and Manisa kebaps a kiymali kasarli lahmacun and the rice pudding all of which were soooo tasty. The service was to a very high standard and they took a card payment which was helpful as we had no cash on us hence leaving this review instead of a tip. We had 2 white wines, a beer and a Diet Coke and paid 1,000,00 tlr (just under £30).

There were skeptics in our party about Turkish food. After crossing over, you are now in the East.

Well, after a small sample of schwarma, everyone was won over and we ended up ordering a lot of food. No pics if fresh plates but the food was excellent.

Tea to close it out. A worthy stop for sure off the beaten path.

Simple Turkish food, pide is very thin and light. Huge piece cut into smaller pieces that fills a whole plate, good value for money.
Bolognaise is plain and you’ll need to flavour and adjust to taste which is great for kids, as many dishes can be too salty for their taste buds.
Price overall is reasonable and good value

Easily the best food in Marmaris! Following a number of disappointing experiences we were recommended Ega Vera by a local. Fortunately, we were pleasantly surprised. The mixed grill was excellent, plenty of flavour and sizable portions. In addition, the staff were attentive and helpful. The atmosphere was good even at 1am when we were leaving. If you are looking for an enjoyable Turkish dining experience, I would recommend!

One of our favorite restaurants in Marmaris. Every dish we’ve ever tried here was either good or excellent. It is compared to other restaurants on the pricier side, but at least you won’t get disappointed, if you eat there :)

On recommendation from a friend we headed along to Ege Vera for Dinner. It was busy with a mixed crowd. We were welcomed like family with the service throughout simply fabulous.

The food came very quickly, was hot and at last I found Sac Kavurma like I remember.

All in all a marvellous experience.

Strongly suggested if you would like to try local food. Quite wide menu and everything was super delicious. We were there 2 times within 2 days and never disappointed. Suggest mix kebab for 2 persons in reality its enough for 3. Fast service and very nice personal in there. Keep going that way Ege Vera!! Well done!

Very good to eat. Quality is perfect for the price, not expensive. Fistikli Burma is wonderful, Kelle paca, pide, Behti.. Wonderful!

Very tasty food and always friendly and courteous staff. I can recommend the mixed grilled dishes and Lahmacun. Definitely a place to visit when in Marmaris.

The food is fantastic, service is excellent, its very clean and tidy, price is good; very cheap. I do not have a bad thing to say about it. My partner and I have now been twice, both times everything was great! Highly recommended!!
