Peaceful, a lot of birds. Bikes rental doesn't work though

This is a nice place to see birds like pelicans, flamingos etc. in their natural habitat. You can rent a bike to ride around and go to the watch towers. I recommend you to bring zoom lenses for your camera or binoculars if you have. There is a hill named Lodos which have a nice sea view.

Kus Cenneti, (Bird Wildlife Reserve) in Izmir is one of the few places where you will really feel in the middle of Wilderness. The are is only about 45mins from center of the town (Izmir) near the delta of Gediz river. It is a protected sanctuary for marine birds, wild horses, foxes, wild boars etc. There are thousands of flamingos all over the ponds protected by dykes from the open seas. The area is a perfect place for a bike ride, hike, picnic or just enjoy the scenery. There is a visitor center where you can get some snacks or drinks. You can also rent bikes from the BISIM self service bike racks. Highly recommended.

Amazing area to walk and enjoy wildlife! Definitely worth the trip if you enjoy nature and walking/hiking.

Sakın ve sıcak bir kış gününde ziyaret ettik. İlkbahar aylarına göre kuş sayısı azdı ama yine de dogasi, manzaraları, bitki ve kuş cesitliligi ile etkileyiciydi.

Bisikletli bir grup biz vardığımız sırada ayriliyordu. Bisikletliler icin keyifli bir rota uzerindeymis.

Yürüyüş yolları yeterli ve güzeldi.

İnsanın doğa ile baş başa kalıp, huzur bulduğu bir yer. Hemen girişte sol tarafta bir Cafe bulunmakta ve altında wc'si mevcut. Bol bol flamingo, pelikan ve diğer cinsteki kuşları gözlemyeleyebilirsiniz. Bisikletiniz veya yaya olarak bol bol gezebileceğiniz rotalar mevcut. Tamamını gezmeniz mümkün değil o kadar geniş bir alan. İleriye doğru ilerledikçe süper kareler çekebileceğiniz yerleri deneyimleyebilirsiniz 😀

Menemen Seyrek'ten veya Çiğli Sasalı'dan gidebilirsiniz. Yanınıza termos, kamp sandalyesi almanız tavsiye edilir. Otopark, wc kafeterya mevcut.
