TUI MAGIC LIFE Sarıgerme

We had a very beautiful and relaxing stay here for a week end of September with excellent food, water sports possibilities and some decent entertainment program. You feel very remote and calm surrounded by lot of nature but still have the perks of a 5 star hotel.

The service was beyond great. I had especially a lot of fun with my favorite dancers from the entertainment team Taryn, Jason and Maria. They really did such a great job making you feel welcomed and enjoying some good moments together. Much love to you guys.

Loved the Hotel!! It was very beautiful and I had a great time! Very good food, amazing view and so many things you can do. I really loved the activity programm!! And a special thanks to one of the entertainers Jason! I really had such an amazing time and I will 100% be back next summer!!

Well positioned and well thought out resort complex. Yes there are a lot of steps but the concept is for those who like activity so guests should hopefully be OK with walking up and down steps. There's no 'sun lounger wars' and the food is all really good. Choice, quality, variety and ambience are all up there. The rooms are not going to win any awards in the luxury hotel category but the villa rooms are a decent size. Probably due a refurb soon I'd say just to keep on top of the modernity of things. But otherwise, and as this is written mid trip, no complaints so far.

We had an amazing time here! Firstly the location is stunning with so much nature around you the whole hotel is covered in it. The hotel is very clean and all the facilities were up to a high standard. I feel like there is something for the whole family to enjoy, from water sports (some included) to a variety of classes (yoga, dance, archery, volleyball) and amazing evening entertainment! The best we have ever had!

There were a few improvements that could be made for example in the all inclusive package there is a limited range of cocktails which were not classic cocktails and were not very good at all (if thats what your looking for) but we accepted this and drank something else (all local drinks). Also most of the staff are German speaking only and only some speak a bit of English or none at all which made it difficult to communicate. When we arrived there was also no bathrobe but after calling reception they apologised and brought some to us. They dealt with any small issues quickly.

I want to give a special thanks to the entertainment team who were so friendly and made everyone have such a good time, Jason for example you made our trip so fun! Omar the cleaner at the beach great work. Also thanks to the young gentleman Mustafa at the restaurant who had amazing service while always making an effort by giving recommendations and going above and beyond.

We will definitely be returning

I wanted to say thank you on behalf of my family and I. We stayed with you in August and had a wonderful holiday. All of the staff were incredibly friendly with a keen eye for customer service. The food was outstanding - every meal you exceeded my expectations. Likewise the facilities were fantastic and catered well for all the family. I look forward to staying with you again.

I had such a lovely week with my mother and brother this summer, the entertainment was amazing, by the way, I would like to thank the whole entertaining team, especially Jason and Maria who I had amazing times with, the whole team was great! The food was also fantastic, there was so much choice that you would want to eat everything, and the drinks were also very good, the bartenders and chefs made my trip special! Thanks to the whole magic Sarigerme team, I hope I’ll be able to come back! I loved everything from playing volleyball to taking a Turkish class and having great drinks and more!

The staff, including the exceptional Jason and Taryn, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made me feel like a valued guest.

The hotel is amazing! We just got back from our holiday there and we are fascinated. The staff are very welcoming, polite and helpful. You can address everything that concerns you and they are always willing to help. The green areas are so clean and well-kept, the whole area and the beach are very clean. There is a wide variety of food and activities so you can never get bored. You can rent a canoe and go to the island in front of the beach, you can play volleyball or play board games, etc. I strongly recommend and will come back for sure!

the best TUI resort ! vacation here truly feels like you’re in paradise, the nature you’re surrounded by is stunning and the sea with the island is the perfect place for a endless relax !! we wanna give a special shoutout to the entertainment team ! especially our good friend William,who was very kind to us,the greatest dancer Caio,who we also met the previous year .it was so great meeting Taryn and Jason-both amazing,the dj Canally was so welcoming and also the bartenders Ramazan and Mustafa❤we are sending our thanks and kisses XOXO ! until next time😓

I could not have had a better holiday! The catering at this hotel is incredible, a huge variety of ever- changing menu items and lots of new regular favourites - inspiring for a self declared foodie such as me. The rooms were a great size and undeniably comfortable. All the staff are friendly and conversational in multiple languages when necessary, providing information multilingual and fluently as hoc! No request was any trouble. Did I mention the food? Brilliant! I’d highly recommend this whole holiday experience!

Beautiful hill location. Surrounded by trees. Few small waterfalls as well. Adult only pool, located next to the main family activity pool. Food was fantastic and unlike other all-inclusive places, portions were served on a plate to you through see through partitions. Freshly cooked sections food was outstanding. I loved the car given to the cats & kittens, water & food stations spread around the resort. The night life was there if you wanted it. Most at the Beach area. The local town was a 10/15 minute walk. We got followed by 2 stray dogs. Which we found amusing as they looked like ours with them walking to heel. They left when we hit the town. The resort is hilly, pools are below the hotel. You have either 44 or 48 crazy paving type steps that zig zag down, and up! Rooms are on the small side but we only slept & showered in them. Beautiful clean fantastic place.

Lovely place. Staff are amazing and can't do enough for you. 2 lovely big pools and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Rooms are fine just missing a few extras.

Food amazing, pools are great, the beach fantastic - but the best part is the animation team. Go and play Extreme Boccia with Okan - the best fun you can have on that beach! Fee is a legend with the kids, William will get the card tricks out and keep you entertained. Can't wait to go again.

The best hotel ever 🤩 the food is very tasty, the animators are professional and not annoying. Everywhere is kept clean and also secure in means of COVID measures. The sea is so warm and crystal clear. It is a bit wavy so I couldn't leave my child there for a minute. But we enjoyed rocking on the waves nevertheless. Definitely coming to this place next year.

Great place to go for either activity based or relaxing holiday.
Plenty of sunbed choices - sea or pool, with few taken early. Comfortable too.
Water skiing wake boarding banana boat canoeing sailing if you choose.
Water polo beach volleyball archery and others we didn't participate in were available regularly.
The island is about 20 minutes paddling in the canoe and the sea mostly flat.
Daily mountain bike ride 20 - 30 km in the morning and 8 - 10km in the evening. Most are fairly flat and kept to a reasonable pace - I did 25miles at around 10 mph - bike were fairly new hard tail and in great condition.
Food was delicious in the main restaurant and even better in the two ala carte on the roof - where views over to the nearby island are spectacular.
Always somewhere to sit, in side or out.
Plenty of mixed nationalities, all friendly.
Basic drinks weren't great - option to upgrade if you wanted.
Mosquito are controlled as best as possible, however take some spray and keep using!
Brilliant little coffee stop, with great staff, it only opened for a short time before evening meal, which I think could be extended.
Shout to staff all great, the entertainment team, Ati, Extreme Bocca.
Brilliant nights at the beach bar, with class acts and musicians.

One of the very best holidays that I have ever had. Food and drink is sensational, rooms and the hotel are very well decorated, customer service from the staff matches Dubai, the pool, beach and water sports were superb. The hotel is a short walk from Sarigerme when you fancy something different to the hotel. There are shops, bars and plenty of places to watch live sport if that's your thing. The locals were all very friendly and there wasn't any hard selling in the shops.

This was the best holiday I have had for a long time. Everything was wonderful. The hotel is located in a pine forest. The beach is all sand, no rocks or pebbles. You can enjoy all sort of recreational activities like mountain bike, banana or canoe rides. It is a little windy in the afternoons but it is really pleasent in hot days and doesn’t bother swimmers. Here I really felt comfortable. Definately planning to come back later.
