The hotel room is dated and needs updating...the rest of the hotel is extremely nice and modern and has a luxurious feel...only the rooms are dated and old

Easy for the airport. Great facilities including heated indoor pool. Evening meal buffet was great and exceptional value for money.

Arrived very late after missing our flight. Very tired and stressed but were made welcome and staff couldn't be anymore helpful. Room was nice, breakfast good. We had to check out at 12pm and our flight wasn't until 10.15pm but staff happy for us to leave baggage in the lobby while we chilled out by the pool. Comfortable sitting area in reception which were luxury after trying to get some sleep on the terrible wooden benches at the airport. Would stay again.

Fantastic staff with great facilities all at a reasonable rate.Stayed here on different occasions, Always a great experience. Good breakfasts and meals.The staff simply do all they can to help with everything.Highly recommend for your journeys in and out of the country.Just 10 mins away from the airport and hire cars will be brought to you.Whats not to like !

Stayed one night. Loved it. Got a massage, that was slightly odd. But was nice. Slightly harder to order due to language barrier so I just called the front desk. While I was doing that the room service guy came to my door to take my order. Lovely service. Very welcoming.

Stayed one night after a very late arrival to the airport. Great staff, comfortable room, air con and good bed and shower. Would recommend

In this hotel I used a sauna and salt room before experiencing a hamam (traditional Turkish water treatment) with body scrub and full body massage done by Ramazan. It was wonderfully relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend this treatment, which is available here among other services. Something that I am going to use again next time I visit.

Close to the airport, clean rooms, more food assortment would be great. Loved the service and the friendly staff. Ozer was so kind.

Stayed here as flights were cancelled, good location for the airport, room was clean, shower was good and food was decent enough too 👍

Best airport going everything you need very polite helpful and nothing is a problem for the staff well clean at all facilities beautiful well laid out and spotless even with a high security force it's just great
Please remember the staff at this hotel is outstanding so pleasant and friendly with all the courtesy and make your stay well worth it although only 4 star hotel in my opinion it should be 5 star the treatment you receive is off a very high standard just a outstanding hotel and so near the airport 5star treatment as salaam alyakum A Jarre
