Old hotel, but completely renovated and refurbished. Ultra all inclusive, many drinks and cocktails. Good leisure facilities which look clean as well, such as the tennis courts.
There's also a place for teenagers to hang out, but it's not really clear what is meant by that. More instructions or tips would have been fun.
There was for example a place for archery, which would have been really fun, and of course you have to reserve a slot, but it wasn't clear or attractive to do that. I did not feel like going all the way to the reception and ask for instructions on how I even need to book a slot. It should be more intuitive.
One more thing, there were so many horseflies. Pity that they didn't have any stickers to catch these.
Aside from that, everything was perfect.

What an amazing hotel! Everything was perfect, the staff, the restaurants, the beach, the pool, the room, all the facilities a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommended when you look for quality!

We have recently returned from a 10 day holiday at the Sarigerme Park Hotel, what an amazing hotel, the rooms, food, cleanliness are all excellent. Staff are all very friendly.
The grounds and beach are beautiful, and all are kept immaculate. Our friends and ourselves would not normally go back to the same place, but we all said this is definitely one we would love to return to.
We throughly enjoyed the yoga overlooking the sea and the Aqua Fit classes, Thankyou to all the staff who do an amazing job.
Looking forward to our next visit.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful garden full of flowers. It has a swimming pool and private beach with gold sand and a lot of sunbeds and sunshades. Gorgeous views to the sea, island and mountains. The hotel offers a large variety of food for all and so many kinds of deserts. The staff is awesome, very kind and helpful.

What a beautiful holiday! Had an absolutely amazing time at this all inclusive resort during our 6 day stay. From the range of activities available to book to the variety of food options at your service nothing feels amiss! Two of the restaurants at the resort are included with each stay which we absolutely loved including the a la carte restaurant Levante & Beach Bbq. We would recommend downloading the tui blue app before arriving in order to book these in as they were quite busy throughout our stay. As someone who does enjoy an all inclusive it can be difficult to find a variety of food with flavour at different locations but I was impressed with the spread of food on offer at this resort. The all inclusive also includes cocktails which we definitely enjoyed, although they were a bit too sweet at times! We met Ali the TUI rep on the first day who was absolutely lovely throughout making sure we hadn’t missed out on anything we wanted to do. The resort is perched on a clean sandy beach with plenty of sun beds available. We couldn’t believe how beautiful the resort was; incredibly picturesque. The only problem we encountered was booking water activities with the water sports centre at the beach (separate to the diving centre and hotel) as the gentleman at the desk did try to charge us double the price we agreed on when he converted the price from euros to lira - so please do be careful ! We would also recommend going into the little town of Sarigerme earlier on during your stay (only a short walk away) as there’s lots on offer to do outside the resort as well. Some other shortfalls were the quality of the bedsheets, although it was very hot the sheets were thinner than the towels and the beds aren’t the most comfortable. There’s also no option to borrow an iron and do your own ironing in your room so you’re forced to use the laundry service for a surcharge so we would recommend bringing your own iron if you need ! Aside from this we truly loved our 6 day luxurious stay and had plenty of activities to keep us busy :)

We have just returned from our second trip of the year to this wonderful hotel. My partner who visited for the first time said he could not imagine finding anything better in Turkey. The setting is gorgeous with magnificent gardens and a beautiful beach. The staff at this hotel make your stay that extra bit special and always go the extra mile. The beverages manager Arif and his team ensure the bar is always well stocked and brilliantly run nothing is too much trouble. Morat takes great charge through out the day ensuring there is rarely a queue at any bar or coffee shop. The restaurant is run like clockwork serving lovely food. Morat the Food and restaurant manager works incredibly hard to ensure tables are cleared and available as quickly as possible. All his staff are happy in their work and genuinely want to please Sevket and Mustafa were the stars of the show for us on this visit. The cleanliness of this hotel is second to none, everything is spotless and hygiene is a priority. You must discover this place for yourself- it is a gem.

We have stayed several times at this fabulous hotel so when trying to decide where to spend a big birthday, there was no contest. It had to be here. As if the sheer beauty of this location was not enough, there is the attention to detail be all staff, the kindness and cleanliness are outstanding. Salih, who works at the beach toilets, works tirelessly and always has a smile and a hello. The food and drink at this hotel is varied and plentiful and you are never disappointed, well done to Murat Karabuman, Assistant Food and Beveridges manager. Over the years we have made many friends amongst the staff and I am delighted that Sevket has earned a well deserved promotion. Murat and Durdikin are a brilliant husband and wife team working in the bars and restaurants and it’s been a delight to see Mustaffa grow in confidence. Arif Aygun has also become a good friend and very kindly arranged flowers for my arrival and champagne for my birthday. Thank you so much. Just before returning home I spoke to the General Manager, Yavuz, always approachable, to express my thanks for such an amazing time. In short what makes this hotel outstanding is the staff. We had first time visitors with us, one of whom commented that there was absolutely nothing to find fault with. The addition of the beautiful surroundings and fabulous food and drink, make for the best holiday. It’s like going home and we cannot wait to return next year.

Great hotel. The food was exceptional. Lots of choice, tasty and appealing. The staff were super friendly. Close to the beach. Kids loved the trampoline out to sea. The evening entertainment was good and varied. Kids loved the pool which stayed open much later than most all inclusive hotels.
My daughter had her birthday out there and they really spoilt her. They made a wonderful cake for her and made the holiday really special.

I normally don't write reviews, but this resort deserves one. With a family of 8 (ages 4 to 68), we had an amazing 8-day stay. Literally everything was great, we felt totally relaxed and got everything we needed and more.

Some outstanding things to mention are:
- the daybeds at the beach
- the great wifi all over the resort
- the food, in both variety and quality
- the friendly service of all staff members
- the cleanliness of the rooms, the sanitary facilities and the rest of the resort
- the hamam and spa treatments

I would recommend this resort to anyone that is looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation, away from the big, loud and overwhelming resorts in the common Turkish destinations.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Dalaman and I must say, it was an incredible experience. The location of the hotel is like a gem - absolutely stunning and picturesque. The food was beyond amazing - I couldn't get enough of it! But what really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service provided by “Omur” at the reception desk. He went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. I truly appreciate his kindness and support. Thanks to Omur, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Dalaman. Highly recommended

Best is the every day food - breakfast lunch and dinner all high quality with many varieties. Very easy access to private beach, and evening entertainment shows were very good too. We have little kids and their kids club was superb - our kids really weee looking forward to the club every day and loved the teachers. Thanks again and hope to visit again.

Myself and my husband Fred spent two weeks at this lovely hotel. It was immaculate and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was very varied, with immense choice.
We did think that there should have been a smaller smoking area because when you walked in to the outside bar it was like walking into a wall of smoke at times.
We also thought that there could have been a background singer or a piano player in the main bar area when you came out from dinner. However we do appreciate that there was entertainment in the amphitheatre and The Purple Turtle.
We did use the unisex hairdressers in the hotel, my husband twice and myself four times. The gentlemen in there were very friendly and very professional and when they realised that we were from Newcastle they often reminded us of how we had a wonderful football team and how brilliant Alan Shearer was as a player, which my husband loved!
If I could pass on a little observation, it would be that I wished that they had used electric straighteners on my hair rather than just blow drying it. Perhaps something for the future?
But, all of this considered we had a fantastic holiday and certainly would go back.

I had a really lovely stay here, the rooms were pleasant and clean and the aircon worked well. The food was delightful with so many options to choose from there was something for everyone. The pool and beach access was great to lounge around and have a little swim. There was plenty of activities to do between the relaxing, both included and as optional extras. We when scuba diving and had a river cruise/turtles as the optional extra and they were fantastic

Our whole stay of 8 nights (all-inclusive package) can be summarised in one single word - perfect. The hotel, and especially stuff, has exceeded our expectations big time.
Room: it has a big wardrobe with lots of space to keep your clothes folded or hang them. Bathroom is very nice and clean. Air conditioning was in perfect working condition. Our room (in villa) had a nice balcony with two cozy chairs to have a tea in the evenings.
Facilities: hotel has lots of facilities, including yoga classes. Everything is very easy to stop with TUI interactive app. Beachfront (private hotel beach) was very clean.
Everywhere was clean and well-looked after. We had an impression that hotel was just renovated. Personnel was very friendly and they were doing their best for us to enjoy our holiday.
Food: in comparison with other all-inclusives, food was AMAZING. They took into consideration heathy lifestyle and offered a wide variety of healthy food (green smoothies, village honey, fresh butter) along with Turkish/European cousine. Needless to mention, that the selection of desserts was astonishing. During each meal, they’ve offered freshly cooked meat/fish/chicken. Soup selection was really nice as well. They had freshly made and cooked pasta too. As a person who cannot be easily surprised by food selection, I was really positively impressed by attention to details they had in their menu. It’d hard to find someone who could have possibly not find anything to eat there.
Beachfront was very clean, it was sandy beach and water was crystal clear. We haven’t tried any extra water activities, as we were too busy enjoying the hotel.
Nature was very well-looked after and nice. Picturesque mountain and sea sceneries were nicely complemented with well-thought landscape design and flowers.
Our breakfasts and dinners were in restaurant close to reception, and lunch was in restaurant right nearby beach, which was well-thought considering that we’d spent first half of the day on beachfront.
Waiters and waitresses were very attentive, and we enjoyed lots of Turkish tea and coffee. As I mentioned in the beginning, amazing experience in amazing hotel. Was our first time in Dalaman, but definitely not the last.

We stayed here as a family and had a great time. Everything was clean and tidy and all staff were very helpful. The entertainment programme was fantastic especially Filiz at the bluefit camp. We did the 3hr boat trip on the catamaran from the beach which was also a fabulous relaxing time with a couple of stops off for a swim and some lovely sights. The beach is great with a fun trampoline out at sea and also a relaxing jetty to either enjoy the sun on or enjoy jumping off from. Would definitely recommend staying here.

It's a nice resort with lovely staff who are extremely friendly and eager to serve. Just ensure the resort has everything you would need from a trip because there is nothing much beyond the confines of the resort.

This is an excellent hotel. Lovely staff, very clean, huge array of food each meal time, great bar staff and activities operating all day and bookable through an app. I recommend the Aquafit and Aqua Aerobics each day at 11am. All that you need on the resort. Also super entertainment each evening.

Beautiful hotel with great attentive staff , the hotel is spotless and is run perfectly . The general manager is also a very kind man arranged my engagement party with very short notice and much more .

From day one, we couldn't fault the location, the facilities, the food and the attentive staff.

The watersports, available on the beach were great and 'captain' Suat Celik and his team were exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly and always happy to help.

It's much better than we expected, the food is great, the staff is friendly, facility is in harmony with nature. Durali’s Cocktails were very good. He is caring and helpful. We loved to spend our holiday here. Hope to come again.
