The hotel has a wonderful terrace view, its location is central. Very close to the historical peninsula, luxury shopping malls and means of transportation. The employees are very attentive and friendly. Thank you for everything, we were very pleased as a family.

This was truly a 10/10 experience. We stayed at this hotel for 2 and a half weeks with a group of 15 people and their service was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ilias who was super kind, helpful, and would go above and beyond to ensure our stay was as good as possible. They also have a really nice rooftop with a beautiful view of the city. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that’s staying in Istanbul!

It is a decent clean nice hotel where I stayed for 1 week with my Omani family friend. Normally I doesn't write comment but hotel is so good that i couldn't stop writing. My Omani friend wants here to come many times and stay every time.Our address in Istanbul is now clear. Have a nice day good people and thank you everything.

I had an excellent week with my friend. Thank you to the hotel staff who provided it. The rooms are very spacious, convenient and clean, they are very sensitive about this. I stayed in this hotel for the second time. If I go to Turkey again, I would like to thank you for your attention.

We took the ferry from the port so didn't go into the hotel. This is very busy, lots of people fishing off the bridge, lots of cafes and restaurants.

4 Days with Family
+ There are many things that we admired about this hotel:
1) staff was very helpfull and they always ready to solve all kind of issues you have. Especially Ulvi and Maksun are very kind and extremely friendly people. They always gave us hand once we needed them
2) Location is more way above of my expectations. 1 minute from Tram, 5 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, 5 minutes from Galata tower and 3 minutes from Galata Port
3) Cleanliness is also stunning everyday cleaning is make your stay spotless as sky

I highly recommend you stay here if you like genuine honest hospitality. The hotel and room is not perfect, it's good but the staff here are incredible! They are the friendliest and most helpful people I have ever met anywhere I have stayed. We stayed two nights, next time it'll be longer. We were on the top floor with a terrace and amazing views. City scape one side and Galata Tower on the other. Our room was quirky and exceptionally clean. Very quiet here.
The bed is very comfortable and it faces the window so if you sleep with the blinds up, you wake up to an amazing view of the bridge in the distance. If you're a early riser you'll be rewarded with a gorgeous sunrise. The terrace has table and chairs and is the perfect location for an evening wine or morning coffee. We didn't really use the lounge area as we liked the outside area best. The bathroom was small but functional. A little lacking in bench top space. The place on arrival is visually not very welcoming with a small reception area and dull decor and there's no sign for the hotel outside so it's fun trying to find it. But the staff are amazing and the room character is appealing.
Coffee and tea making facilities. Fridge. TV are all good. Good shower pressure and hot water.
You have amazing restaurants at your door. Projecafe (Good Design, Good Coffee) does a fantastic breakfast. Arada is also very very good. Lavender we didn't try. The tram is literally at the bottom of the hill. Great location.
