This is a very huge public park. The park is up a hill so be prepared for some intense walking. The park has many playgrounds for children. There is a pond with ducks and geese in the center of the park. You will find ample benches and picnic tables throughout the park. The park has also a cafe and restrooms.

A very beautiful park quite far from the city center. On a sunny day the views are just stunning. There were a lot of tulips, daffodils and other flowers. We also saw several squirrels. Great for families to spend time in the open air.

Such a beautiful park! Full of life with all fauna and flora, and it's overlooking the incredible Bosphorus Strait. The perfect place to spend a wonderful relaxing morning.

I was there on the festival and it was amazing experience. Colours, flavours, sun and peaceful atmosphere. The park is big enough, paths paved with stone so please prepare the most comfortable pair of shoes you have) it has some terraces for picnic and playgrounds

I like this park. They really maintained it well. Good place to jog and relax. Families bring food and chill at the park benches. As I am writing this review, end April, the tulips season is almost over l, towards the end. It would be great to see more tulips from early March to April. It would be great to have a house nearby to this park.

Great park, in the most beautiful traditions of Austria (may be better). Many kids stops, beautiful arrangements of flowers (pity, it was not in April, the tulips would be even greater.

Quiet, green, lovely.
In combination with trip in Bosphor you will have great 5-6 hours.

Great park for walking, relaxing and even a little exercise. The park has several levels and is one of the points that everyone have to consider before planning to visit. If this facts even stimulate your positive decision to visit the park then you will find not only well managed park but also full of beautiful flavours, especially tulips, which has long history to the local culture. There is tulips festival each which starts around 15.04 ( please search it for accurate time ). There is a cafe there so you can sit, relax and enjoy, a tulip museum and more. Definitely a place when you can spend 4-5 hours easily.

Beautiful and really big park, with historical pavilions, cafes, tables for picnics, playgrounds for kids. In April it's become tulip fairy place. The best place to come and enjoy Tulip festival. Definitely recommend to visit, nearby the park is a lot of cafes, restaurants and sea side.

One of the famous landmarks in Istanbul. A huge flower garden surrounded with beautiful views, containing lakes, small cafe, and playground for children. Entry fees by the car costs 60 TL. Highly recommended…

Very beautiful park, especially in April during the tulip season.
The park is large and beautifully arranged with alleys, flowing water, it never feels crowded.
For a fee, you can park inside, else with a bit of luck parking could be found on one of the nearby streets

One of the most beautiful and historical park with fabulous view of the phosphorus in the European side.

The park, owned and administered today by the Metropolitan Municipality of Istanbul, covers an area of 117 acres (470,000 m2) on a hillside, and is enclosed by high walls.

Inside the park with two decorative ponds are plants of more than 120 species.

In the begging of the Spring time (end of March), and for one month you can enjoy thousands of tulip 🌷 roses.

You can park your car for a paid car park (60 TL).

The beauty of this place is like no other.
Very calm and remote, we reached by bus, it stopped 100m away from the park's gate so it was very convenient. We used google maps for bus numbers, stops and timetable.
It is very big, we visited on a Tuesday, not many people were there, we didn't feel the presence of any.
It is really big so you need a full day which you will happily spend and forget all about anything else and enjoy the beauty of it.
Wear comfy shoes cz it is mainly a hill so you will be going up. The passages are made of rocks not dirt. You can leave the passages if you want...
I totally recommend this place, and the police there are very friendly, they tried to show us the locations we wanted for pictures.
Have a lot of storage on your camera or phone because you will need it.

The garden is beautiful. The colours of the tulip flower are beautiful. The colours of th tulip flowers are red, yellow, orange, white, and pink. In addition to the beauty of the garden. You can see the Bosphorus River. In addition, the weather was perfect. I recommend coming and seeing the tulips.

A beautiful park, very well maintained. Luckily for us, we came in April when the tulips were in full bloom, making a wonderful and very impressive display. Photos don't do it justice. The boat trip up (and back) from the city made for a really enjoyable day out

I visited it today and was amazed at how beautiful it was. The tulips were in full bloom and the colors were absolutely stunning.
However, my experience was marred by the behavior of some of the other visitors. I saw several people picking the flowers and even trampling them underfoot just to get a good photo. It was disheartening to see the beauty of the park destroyed by these actions. I would like to remind everyone to be respectful of the park and its natural beauty. Please don't pick or trample the flowers, and be mindful of the impact your actions may have on the park and its future visitors

Nestled in the heart of Istanbul, Turkey, we discovered the enchanting Emirgan Park — a true haven of natural beauty and tranquility that captured our hearts from the moment we arrived. As one of Istanbul's largest parks, it immediately mesmerized us with its lush greenery and meticulously designed landscapes. Visiting in April was a stroke of luck, as we were greeted by the breathtaking sight of tulips in full bloom, transforming the park into a mesmerizing wonderland.

Exploring Emirgan Park was a delightful experience as we discovered a multitude of features that further enhanced its allure. Serene ponds adorned with graceful water features dotted the park, creating perfect spots for quiet contemplation. Throughout the park, we found ample seating areas thoughtfully placed to invite visitors like us to relax and soak in the panoramic views that unfolded before our eyes.

Emirgan Park not only offered natural splendor but also held a rich historical tapestry. We were fascinated to find three meticulously restored Ottoman mansions within the park, which have been repurposed as exhibition halls and cultural centers.

One of the things we loved most about Emirgan Park was its inclusivity. Meandering paths wound their way through the park, beckoning us to embark on a leisurely exploration.

Of course, we couldn't resist indulging in the culinary delights found within the park's charming cafes and restaurants. Whether we enjoyed a delectable meal or savored a cup of authentic Turkish tea, the panoramic vistas of the mesmerizing Bosporus Strait served as a captivating backdrop, adding a touch of enchantment to our dining experience.

Emirgan Park is an absolute must-visit when journeying to Istanbul. Its expansive size, captivating natural beauty, and historical significance make it an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo travelers seeking respite from the city's bustling energy. Lose yourself in the park's ethereal charm, allowing the vibrant colors of tulips and the serenity of the surroundings to transport you to a place of tranquility and wonder.
