Loved their gözleme (Turkish pancakes.). I had the mixed with potato and mushrooms. My wife went for the pasta. We both enjoyed the meal and watched my pancakes being prepared besides us.

I had an outstanding experience at The Must Restaurant in Turkey. Murad, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The food was incredibly delicious, and the ambiance was delightful. I highly recommend trying the Istanbul kabab which added a remarkable touch to our dining experience also apple tea was awesome. Highly recommended this restaurant, we have been celebrating my nice birthday and Muran , the waiter was very professional and he make this night very special by offering us a delicious sweets, with a traditional happy birthday music and of course the candles that we were not expecting. He really did a FANTASTIC job and was carefully attending us and making sure we are comfortable all time.

Definitely we recommend this place and he make us unforgettable night before flying back home.

We finished our trip to Istanbul visiting The Must Restaurant and it couldn’t be better. The food was so amazing. We ordered turkish testi kebap and we could observe a little serving show with special effects. We also really liked the atmosphere and staff was very friendly!

Came to The Must Turkish Restaurant, it was a nice chilled out Restaurant with pleasant staff who were on hand to help and make sure the food was received on time. Murad looked after a group of 6 people, we enjoyed our dessert. The service was brilliant. The music was good too. Happy staff

Murad is the most friendly waiter we have encountered in a very long time. We tried different restaurants every night (some quite pricey), but The Must restaurant is the best by a clear mile. Food is delicious, reasonable priced with great ambient. We had a great time. My family wants to come to Istanbul again.

The place is in the heart of Istanbul, beautiful traditional ornament, the staff is incredibly kind ,the atmosphere is pleasant, the food is delicious. Dont miss to visit the best place when in Istanbul, highly recommended!!!

Wonderful evening in a very special place, food has been really good, great quality and nice presentation, but you want to go there for the politeness of the service, Murat knows what’s the spirit of service and it feels like he’s never working but much more taking care of some guests in his own house and as a waiter first, and a guest then I really appreciate that.
