Probably one the best smoked burgers I have ever had. The meats just melts in your mouth and the sauce and the grilled onions are just perfect combo. Don’t forget to try their hot sauce it’s perfect

3 stars for the service because the guy as usual forget to smile but the burger is amazing. I m thinking of going today again . Ask for a cheeseburger with 200 grms meat not 150 . Don't be F*^*^ stingy and enjoy you food .. facing it there is a store where you can. Buy beer or sigarettes or anything .. my favorite store . A photo of the facing store is included

If you are ever in Istanbul YOU MUST COME HERE! The burgers are amazing and juicy and flavourful, the chips are so delicious and perfectly cooked and the atmosphere around the streets is brilliant. On our 5 day holiday we have visited twice and will be visiting a third time. Something I have also discovered is delicious is the mediterranean salad THE FETA CHEESE IS SO CREAMY and delicious. Must go!!!

Food is Delicious, Place is Great!

The Baltazar Burger is delicious and they have the smallest option of 120gram. Which is really good if you want to hop around and test different food.

The place is good too with good seating and heater. Service by staff is great, understands English and worked efficiently.

Would definitely recommend coming here!

Baltazar has been around for a while. It is def one of best and consistent burgers in Karakoy👌 Service is always attentive and friendly. Portions are as should be expected by a burger restaurant 👍🏻 I do not know why but you can count the chips on only 1 or 2 hands at many burger joints in Istanbul lately :/

Baltazar also sell beer and wine. This street always has a good vibe and not over priced and crowded like the main street of Karakoy just 1 block away. Golden rule in Istanbul, always walk 1 or 2 blocks away from the popular and busy streets to find the hidden gems with better overall value and standards 👍🏻

You know it's amazing when you order almost everything in the menu, because you dont know when you're going to visit Istanbul again.

I really loved the food. The location of the restaurant is amazing. Watching the outside in a rainy day was awesome.. everything was good about the restaurant.. would definitely like to come back if we had time

Great place for hamburgers and meat. They really know how to cook meat properly. They always cook nice and juicy meat definitely recommended

After trying so many Burger places in Turkey, Baltazar brings the ultimate burger! Nothing beats their juicy patty and soft buns. The patty has actual burger spices, rather than the common kofte spices in Turkish-Burger restaurants, and that makes the difference! The french fries are always on point and perfect!

They also have the friendliest staff in the entire Karakoy district. Treat yourself with a great burger!

Great experience. By far the best Burger in town. Make sure to order their signature Blue Cheese Burger and the home-style freshly made lemonade.

Amazing burger! Burger was cooked to medium (without anyone asking about that) but was cooked to perfection so not a complaint just a note. Was 35 TRY for a 240 gram burger. Very good atmosphere and they had heat lamps outside for when it is cold you can still enjoy eating outside.

Fries were just average. My credit card (USA visa) was rejected. Again just a note as could have been my card. They don't serve beer.

I recommend for a great burger.

Great burger, cooked on steel from the Arka mountains, and the dragon fire. And the the highest quality of meat, with the spices from the far-far land, a burger for kings

Also recommended with the banana milkshake.
