Lue Karaköy

My review is a bit late. We were there two weeks ago and stumbled on this little gem.
To begin with the service was very good, the staff was very generous giving us extra items to try on the house.
When the food arrived it was very good. The lentil soup, the kibbeh, all the small dips were all very tasty.
There was fun music and the people were very attentive and funny.
We got to meet the lady who did all the food and chat with her. She loves to joke and we really appreciated her.
All in all a wonderful evening.

Great service, hookahs, beers and cocktail. We ordered a shisha that had some issues and was hard to inhale. The server came and asked how it was and when we said it was weird, he tested it and brought a new one (he also offered us to change the flavour if we didn’t like it - but we did so we opted for the same one).
Very nice vibe and the service was absolutely amazing. Shisha lasted for ~2h (not burnt or anything) and tasted nicely. Highly recommend.

We’re only in Istanbul for 5 days and we had to take some time to revisit the best spot in Korakoy! The owner is such a sweet woman and extremely hospitable l. We warmed up to her immediately and felt like we’re sitting at our place. The service and selection of beverages is simply perfect. Must visit! Definitely high on our list of things to do! ❤❤❤

Best drinking place in whole Karakoy and maybe in Istanbul. Staff so friendly and really talkative, special drinks are something really original and taste awesome. Strongly recommended

Nazare was the sweetest woman! The service was absolutely amazing and she was so kind. The food was very good too. All around fantastic experience.

Wonderful place!

Atmosphere is favorable. The staff is honey and welcoming. It based centrally of Karaköy famous cafes, bars, but not so noisily.

The food was really delicious!
I’m very particular about food, but salmon was best compliments.
(Also not every establishment has salmon)

This place is amazing, the food has a good quality and the service is exceptional. You can pay with credit card and they would even split the bill if needed. The music was also very nice.

I ate here TWICE while staying in Karakoy / Galaport. The food was reasonable, the music and ambiance at the bend were fantastic and the best was the attentive, caring service and the willingness to help me as an English speaker. The young woman working out front was the highlight of the experience, and I hope they are treating her like a gem. I had a burger the second night and a meat dish the first night. The soup was the best I’ve ever eaten in my life. Five stars.
