Trendy Palm Beach Hotel

We spent a week here this August and we had a fantastic time. Artur and the entertainment team were absolutely excellent, really engaged with the children and there were plenty of activities through the day. The private beach is on your doorstep. Everything was well laid out. We are a Vegan family and we never went hungry although puddings were limited and it would've been great if there were some options like ice lollies, cakes, and egg free pancakes. All in all though we had a perfect holiday!

Hotel was amazing. Staff were pleasant.
Room was cleand everyday, food was very tasty.
Check-in was 14:00, we came in 14:10 and we were told to wait 5 minutes. It was not 5 but 45 minutes because the receptionist forgot about us.
Evening entertainment only in German language, almost nothing in English.

We are just waiting to leave after a wonderful 2 week stay! Dont listen to all the negative reviews, they obviously just like to moan!!

We found all the staff to be very polite and hard working and although English isn't widely spoken, everyone understood us and nothing was too much trouble! The bar staff especially work hard in the heat and the waiters In the restaurants are very polite and always got our drinks as soon as we sat down - Erhan was always on hand to help, thank you!

The pool is a good size and never seemed over crowded even though it was very busy! Pool towels can be changed 4.30-6pm, this was never a problem.

There was always food available, served 24 hours if you wanted it, and drinks pretty much all the time.

The room we was in was a good size, we was in the annex. The mini bar was always fully stocked too with branded soft drinks and water! There was facilities for tea and coffee if you wanted.

The entertainment staff work really hard to get everyone involved during the day, the pool game was always fun to watch if you wasn't participating! Gina was amazing with the aqua aerobics, it was always a busy session in the pool! We loved the club dance round the pool and would join in.....Boogie Woogie!!

Our highlight was definitely the Barbie Themed pool party! What a fantastic time we had, so much effort went into it, thank you!!

Our only complaint was there was no courtesy room as our pick up time was late, but we used the facilities at the pool (cold shower)....

Booked as a family holiday based off pictures on tui app, medium sized all inclusive pools couple of slides and right on beach. Closer to the start of holiday i started reading reviews and got a little concerned which i shouldnt have. Theres a lot said about it being full of german guests, yes this is true. There were quite a few nationalities polish slovakians as well as british and others, absolutely no issues. Unless your the sort of person who expects everything british while your away. Our room was a little on small side but that was my fault on what i booked, not the end of world. Room was well kept clean and modernish no real faults. Entertainment was varied some brilliant some not to my taste but thats fine. Pool parties, organised games evening onsite entertainment!
Food was fantastic and again very mixed from main restaurant buffet to what i would call street food type snacks pretty much available all day. As well free flowing drinks alcohol and soft drinks.
Staff were brilliant okay maybe english isnt 2nd language with all but we got by quite well no problems

Amazing holiday. 1st one in 6 years with my girls and we definitely picked the right place. Had a few initial issues with our original room but was soon sorted with a much improved upgrade. The entertainment team 100% make your holiday here. Always something going on. Everything spotless and clean. Lovely food and good choices. Amazing staff. Definitely would like to return in the future.

Very good and "Price worthy" "Family friendly" All inclusive hotel. I don't remember if it was 3 or 4-star, but for the price we payed I would say 3-star with the food, pool area etc from a 4-star hotel. The "All inclusive" is both the food and at least basic alkohol. As I remember it there was at least 2 maybe 3 restaurants with different food theme's and several bars including a poolbar. The hotel has live entertainment on its stage every evening. The pool area is big and modern with different pools and the hotel also has a private stretch of beach directly connected to the hotel area so you don't have to cross any street or such.
The hotel is very close to shops and other entertainment areas including very cheap clothes shopping, as well as various sightseeing.

Excellent service with charmful and experienced staff. Very convenient access to all facilities like restaurants, pools, slides, beach etc. Fast service, short ques in restaurants even in high season & rush hours. Meal is superior and always fresh. There are at least two types of grill everyday. We've also stayed in other Trendy hotels and experienced the same charming, lovely hospitality.. I strongly recommend the chain. Will stay again for sure. Very professional service at all.

Amazing choice of food pretty much 24/7 and very nice staff in all parts of the hotel.

Buildings are older but well renovated, as are the rooms, which are a tat on the small side, but who comes here to hang out in their room anyway.

No probs with language at all. Most staff speak German, English, Russian, French and Turkish.

All entertainment is in at least three languages German, Russian and English.

Fun entertainment next to the pool, kids club on all days bar Sunday, evening entertainment for adults every night. Here it has to be a conscious decision to become bored, and not easily achieved at that.

The beach is child friendly and the pool area clean and fun.

Neither are there problems finding a seat near the pool, nor a table in the busy restaurants.

Sometimes it's annoying to see people shoveling food on their plates, taking a bite and then abandoning them.

Other times some tourists jump the lunch queue, so far it happened a few times with some Russian ladies as culprits.

Ridiculous to see this on an all-inclusive, all-you-can-eat holiday.
I shake my head and get over it.

Overall one of the best holidays I've had worldwide. Not quite five star luxury, but great nonetheless.

It's a wonderful hotel with beautiful trees, flowers and beach with sand. The quality of food is super. My children eat all foods. Among the food here are delicious meat, fish, fruits, ice cream and very, very delicious pancakes, sweets and cakes.

Nice, smaller, comfortable and clean hotel with everything service and refreshment in a few meters.
Pleasant personal, especially Mr. Ozgur (very pleasant and obliging men) at the pool bar and Mr. Aydin. On the other side Mr. Erhan served only german guests with money in hand.
Food is served by staff and various. Menu with drinks and cocktails is available by QR code.
Beach is a 10 meters from pool bar.
Rooms are smaller but clean and adequate. Minibar with water, Cola, Fanta and sparkling water. Balcony on the seaside was big.
Many shops and markets around the hotel.
To sum up, Trendy Palm Beach was great choice, and we will come back another time.
