Arcanus Side Resort

Arcanus Hotels is a fantastic hotel for families they cater to young children and families so well. The hotel staff were friendly and kind. The service was always 10 out of 10. Taner, Ayse, and many others delivered exceptional service from all the staff members. They were attentive and helpful.
The hotel rooms dining hall were super clean, which we loved. The hotel helped me to surprise my husband for his birthday. The all-inclusive package is the only way you should go if you choose Arcanus Sorgun. The food was great, and lots of variety, fresh fruit, vegetables, fish, meat, cakes, and pastries were cooked to perfection. You will never starve or be thirsty. There is a wild selection of drinks, non-alcoholic, and alcoholic. Icecream, ice-lollies for the children/ adults.
The spa wellness was great the Turkish bath and massage were super. It was always so great to have a beach at the end of hotel and waterslides. My only feedback would be to make to update the rooms to look modern. Absolutely fantastic Holiday.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations with its attentive staff, delectable cuisine, inviting bar, and stunning seaside setting. Nermin Acarer (Sales Asst. Manager) and Taner Kasalar’s (Asst. Guest Relations Manager) exceptional service added a personal touch to our experience. We highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable getaway by the sea. We can’t wait to return for another wonderful stay!

This was our first ever holiday to Turkey and it was amazing. So much so that we can't wait to go back again next year.
The room we had was fabulous, so clean and maintained. We went all inclusive and the food was great, yes its very similar most days but the choice was enormous so you could choose something new, or an old favourite every day.
By far our favourite feature of the hotel pools. The main pool was huge and the boys spent all day in it. Having never been to Turkey before we didn't expect the pool to be so warm. The slides were also great and the boys loved these to break up the day a little.
We had such a great time here, we would definitely come back again.

Had a great stay, staff friendly and helpful, Ozan was very entertaining. Evening entertainment could be better.. Beach pavilions are lovely. The food was great, especially the beach bar during the day. Spa and hotel facilities are great. Jetty is lovely, especially later in the day for a nice breeze.
The only feedback is that the room mini bar and coffee were not restocked daily and maybe more floor staff at Evening entertainment as it is not easy to get drinks to your table easier to just go to the bar..
Water sports on the beach next to the hotel are great fun, but 80 euros for your pictures and video is far too much for a USB stick in comparison to the usual 15/20 euros you will pay everywhere else.

We spent 1 week in this resort end of August with our very active 1.5 year old. The hotel met all our expectations - we were able to entertain our little one in water splash park, in the pool, in the sand playground, at the beach, in the kids club and at the children disco! Very family oriented but also there is something for everyone in the resort, surely.
There was something to eat at every hour around the resort, we especially loved the desert section, it was the highlight of the day!
Quality of food was mostly satisfactory, especially pide is amazing, respect to the chefs!
Two comments to improve would be 1) not to put hot spice in everything (we Turkish people love our spice and feel it’s not even spicy but it actually is, especially for tourists) and improve quality of manti (it’s my favorite thing ever and I was a bit disappointed, let’s try present our manti better).

Special thanks to Taner Bey, who took my absurd request very seriously and sourced not only one but two spares of my son’s favorite ball! Parents will understand the fear of losing a comforter (yes my son’s comforter is a ball we bought from Arcanus😂).

We passed 1 week in Arcanus Resort and had a great experience. Everything was very organized and clean. The room is big, beds are comfortable, the food is good and the staff is always ready to help you. We did not face any trouble in this trip at Arcanus and we also have no complaints. It is a perfect environment for kids because there are a lot of attractions to them and it is also safe.

This is such a great hotel! Rooms are beautiful and clean, food was tasty, staff was kind, (bartenders, waiters,lifeguards, everyone…etc.) also pool was very nice and sea was very close. There were also many activities to do around hotel such as archery, darts or water polo…Every evening there was a different event which was also very interesting and entertaining. Vacation in this hotel went far beyond my expectations and was one of the best in my life. Only the wifi could have been stronger but its available all around the hotel even at the beach and on the pier, so all good.

This hotel is 10/10, very great location, amazing service, the staff is so kind and polite, it is very clean everywhere, the food was very delicious and everyday there was something new on the menu. Highly recommended for a vacation where you can rest and enjoy your stay. Definitely going to visit it again.

The hotel is very big and spacious, it does get busy with children but only in certain areas. All of the staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. Ozan who is the host of the darts games is very friendly and is always interested in learning about my home country.

Super hotel for families. Extremely clean throughout. Great choice of food to suit everyone. It is a big site so despite having many guests it doesn't feel overrun with people as there are lots of different areas to hang out/ sunbathe. Staff are friendly and onsite facilities such as shop, hairdresser, doctor and spa are useful. Enjoyed a great family holiday here!

Amazing stay at an amazing hotel. The staff is very helpful and organized, the ultra all inclusive service is very good, there is always something to eat even if you skip one of the meals. Cleanliness is very high in the rooms, common areas, beach, the pools... everywhere. The kids club is excellent, fun for younger and older kids. The food is delicious and beautifully served. Evening entertainment was nice some of the nights. The staff in the restaurant, bars, kids club, cleaning staff, gardeners, lifeguards, all together are the very reason to come back to this hotel. Keep up the good work.

The Turkish bath, spa and wellness center offered a range of treatments and therapies, allowing me to unwind and rejuvenate during my stay. Special thanks to the girls at the Turkish bath and spa who gave us an exceptional warm and kind experience.

Arcanus Side Resort's location also deserves a special mention. It was conveniently situated near the stunning beaches of Side, allowing me to enjoy the crystal-clear waters and soft sands at my leisure. The resort's location and access to taxis made it easy to explore the nearby attractions and experience the rich culture and history of the region.

From the first time we met Ozan , he was very friendly and kind , he made us feel very welcomed to Arcanus and always made sure we had a great time . He is amazing at what he does. He didn’t fail to make us laugh every day . Always made sure we had fun throughout our whole stay and he checked up on us every day .

There is nothing to complain about this hotel, We chose this hotel because of its location, upon arrival we were immediately given wristbands, and in a moment we were led to our room, the room was large, spacious, with a view of the sea and the pool, cleaned every day, the food was excellent, everyone enjoyed themselves here he chooses what he wants, lots of vegetables, salads, fruit, cakes, both for breakfast and for lunch and dinner, plenty of sunbeds, both by the pool and on the beach, bar by the pool and on the beach, always excellent service, whenever they could so they will bear even the blue ones from the sky. Animation programs Every day great, especially in the evening, on the beach you can enjoy a lot of water sports, in the hotel and Spa, or visit Al carte restaurants, fish, Mexican, Italian, but we didn't use them because there was so much food in the dining room that we didn't need to taste anything else. And most importantly, this hotel is also in a beautiful location, it has a large garden where you can relax under the palm trees and enjoy the view of the sea. I really recommend this hotel 100%, and we will return here again next year, because we have new friends here, and we were much more satisfied. The clientele of this hotel is mainly German, Czech, Polish, English, but there are also a few Russian clients here, and they behaved well. both children and adults. I would like to thank the entire hotel team for the beautiful 14 days we were here, for taking care of us. We came on 19/6 22 very late due to system failure at Airport 2.15am we were greeted by a lovely man at Reception who informed us that the lobby Bar was open and there was a mini breakfast available in the restaurant. We dropped our luggage in room and went down to check it out. We found, breads, cheese, &cold Meats available. Then a lovely Chef brought us down 2 bowls of soup and some watermelon.what a lovely beginning to our 2wk stay here.

This is our 5th trip to Turkey and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff are so hard working and really helpful, there are loads or bars with great selection, food is lovely, rooms are cosy, there is an amazing cocktail bar and a bar that serves premium drinks too, food is non stop with loads of choice. I definitely recommend this place. Any qplease ask
