Turquoise Hotel

I am very thankful for our experience at this hotel. We were given a perfect family apartment - Lake Villa. The services were great. We are from Slovakia, at the hotel there were a lot of Czech tourists, also Polish and Slovak - it gave us the feeling of home. Thanks a lot. Michaela.

2nd time here, absolutely amazing, all catering & service staff go way up & Beyond to deliver excellent service. They deserve 1st class recognition. Great value for money. Only concern was lack of toilets, which result in main toilets inside hotel entertainment area are extremely busy, which result in slippery surfaces in & around areas where people traffic need to go, so many many more wet floor & slippery floor signs needed. Great holiday, would go again 🙂

The hotel is located right on the beach, which was perfect. Beautiful sandy beach and plenty comfy sunbeds. Also several swimming pools available. There was plenty of space, people were not on top of each other. Staff was great friendly and helpful, although didn't speak much English (only German). Excellent food, great service, lovely restaurants. Food was available 24 hours. Big spacious rooms (very clean) and comfy bed. Entertainment was great.
This hotel is one of our favorite place now and we will be back for sure.

We came really late, around 3 in the morning, and this was the only hotel of all the others that we stopped by, that the moment the bus parked, someone came and took our luggage. No need to wait, we were immediately impressed.

We loved the experience so much that our next vacation will be in the same place.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, could not fault it in anyway.. infact I never go back to the same hotel twice but 100% would to this hotel. Everything is perfect..

Hotel is located inside a state protected green area. It has huge trees and quite a nice environment. Even though I didn't like Side in general as it's not authentic at all, otel was pretty decent. Service is excellent, all employees are very helpful and kind. Rooms are very clean as well. My only concern was the beach as sea in that particular area is not very nice, a bit rocky and blurry water

Really nice hotel, especially the Lake house area. I want to say special thank you for the best waiter Ozcan Demir and his colleague Gödel. They always made sure for us to have the best time at lunch and dinner. Also many thanks for the girls working in the Lake house bar, they were always very nice, smiling and cheerful.

Such tranquility. An overall great experience. Room furnishing a bit dated but in no way uncomfortable. Everything is green and colorful and the staff appear to enjoy their work, with the exception of a few grumpy receptionists. The food is straight away amazing!

We enjoyed a really excellent two-weeks-long stay in the hotel with my wife. We stayed in the main building. The rooms are spacious enough, and although their equipment is not the newest, most advanced, and latest design, it still quite fine, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by a very nice garden with multiple bars, an amphitheatre, a set of water slides, a children playground, a main freshwater pool and several smaller ones (including an indoor pool and a somewhat hidden, outdoor, quiet relaxation pool), and various sport grounds.

On the beach, one can use sunbeds placed on green grass or on the sand. Moreover, one can also use sunbeds on one of two piers. The more distant, longer one allows for great swimming in deeper and clean water (far from swirling sand of the shore), still in a safeguarded area surrounded by buoys, which we liked a lot.

One can also enjoy various water sports (paid extra) including parasailing and scuba diving (even for those who never tried before and are not physically skilled -- my case :); the instructor was very patient, helpful, and reassuring).

One can eat either in the main restaurant, several a la carte restaurants (extra fees), a sweet-shop, and a beach snack bar for a quicker, lighter lunch or an afternoon snack or burger.
We mostly ate in the main restaurant (apart from light lunches), which is buffet style but also offers some extra prepared and styled courses. The offer is rather wide (and somewhat varied from day to day – including, e.g., an Asian night with fresh sushi), and so we were not bored even after two weeks.

For example, for dinners, one can choose from usually two soups, a number of cold starters, salads, fresh vegetables and herbs, various mezze-style dishes (including various grilled vegetables, hummus, different kinds of spiced yoghurt, a wide variety of cheeses, olives, various pickled vegetables, sausages, smoked meet, and so on and so forth), as well as a number of hot dishes made continuously on the spot (in the outside part of the restaurant). Of course, various desserts and fruits are available too.

With all the fresh and tasty food available, perhaps the most fascinating for us was that there was always a queue at the stand with French fries and industrial ketchup packs (a meter far from excellent fresh tomato sauce: something we never understood: but if one is an industrial ketchup or mayo addict, one can get it here as well :)).

The hotel offered every night some live concert or show (dancing, magic, etc.), which was very nice too (here, just one small criticism: in two weeks there was never an evening with some traditional Turkish dancing or music, which is somewhat a pity).

Finally, all the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel, great service, beautiful place 😍 Very good food and delicious desserts 👌 We had a family room in the garden part, nothing to complain about, it was spacious and clean, a large balcony. Beautiful, magical place, it was very nice to walk there, the beach is close, despite the large area, there was no problem finding a place for yourself. The ladies from the kids club are very nice, my daughter loved going to face painting :-) We were very pleased with the stay, we recommend it to everyone and we think we will come back again ☺

Perfect location. The food was amazing, really food was absolutely fabulous, the staff are wonderful and friendly, rooms very clean. The hotel is very family friendly, its lively, there was some kind of live performance every night. It's quiet when you want to sleep and relax. Good facilities, good variety of drinks. Nice bars located at the beach. I absolutely will be coming back.

A perfect place to stay and relax. Having a child with you - go there for vacation. Gardens are like in Paradise. Staff is incredibly helpful and approaches cordially each guest. Catering services are highest class.

My 1st visit to Turkey and this Hotel its absolutely lovely i would 100% recommend a visit i will definitely be going again next year 👍 everything was just perfect its got beautiful beach/ Sea views lovely grounds with lots of trees so pleanty of shady areas. Im fussy with food but i always managed to find something to eat lots of freshly cooked food the desserts were so good 😋

beautiful hotel. good for walks or just chilling next to the pool. many trees, flowers and cats. the rooms are also pretty cool. the only thing i would count as a little worse is food, which is often cold

Everything about this hotel is amazing, staff, food, entertainment, cleanliness, nothing is too much trouble for the staff to make your stay enjoyable.
Only thing I will say... Is our room is 7128 and is a bit of a trek from amenities, we are both in our mid 60's and I am struggling. But hasn't put us off coming back again.

This is a decent hotel where we enjoyed our stay with our extended family. We liked the food and staff and enjoyed our vacation.

The staff did everything to make our vacation great. The only issue this hotel had was it is understaffed. The staff were really working hard to close this gap, but it is not difficult to see this. Well, in this pandemic - it is hard to call this as negative.

In short, we were happy with our stay.

Great service and staff very friendly and helpful, making your stay amazing.
Rooms clean and have the things you would expect in them.
Food amazing, lovely pool and is next to the beach too. Good evening live entertainment. Bars have a wide choice of drinks.
Would go back for future holidays.

Have recently returned from this hotel. Unfortunately I became ill passing out due to dehydration. I have to say that the hotel staff/manager were absolutely amazing according to my wife as I was not on this planet. Thankyou all so very much for looking after me. Dave xxx

Few tips for people with babies: rooms with sea view are not good option, because it's too noisy because of the evening's shows. We had room with "garden view" in the main building, witch was partly "sea view". In my opinion, best rooms are above the reception, looking on the park. After june 5th it was a bit crowdy in hotel, so I would recomend booking in the end of may or september. Remember that in that area is very big humidity. Kitchen chefs and waiters are very kind, and they can help you with baby food preparation.
We had very good expirience with this hotel!
