Mitsis Norida

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel on an all-inclusive basis, and it was an exceptional experience. The standout element of this trip was the incredible service provided by Vivi from the Public Relations department. Her professionalism and genuine care made the stay even more enjoyable.

Sofia, the yoga teacher, offered a lovely and healing experience during the yoga sessions. Her motivation and expertise were truly inspiring. The pilates sessions were fantastic too, providing a well-rounded wellness experience.

The hotel itself is a beautiful property with impeccable service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the food served was of high quality. The animation team added an extra layer of entertainment and enjoyment to the stay.

Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel is an excellent choice for families.
In addition to the excellent service and family-friendly atmosphere, I was particularly impressed by the pristine beaches with crystal-clear water. The timing in late October still offered delightful weather, making it possible to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The evenings were equally enjoyable with captivating music and shows that added an extra layer of entertainment to our stay. Mitsis Norida Beach Hotel truly excelled in providing a well-rounded and enjoyable vacation experience.

Currently staying at room 984 and although it is more of a pool view than sea view, we are grateful for an easy access room due to my husbands lower mobility issues. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of storage (wardrobes and drawers) available. Room is big enough for two people. The bathtub/shower is annoying and dated (walk in shower would be fab, definitely needs upgrading). Food is fantastic, varied and tasty (roasted beef at dinner was out of this world)
, cocktails are fab, staff brilliant including our wonderful housekeeper Afrovita. Beach is lovely (small stones and some might find it uncomfortable to walk on but the supermarket opposite reception sells beach/water shoes for about 13 euros). Food at the beach is superb. We received a fabulous welcome gift and we are very happy and proud to be part of mitsis friends club. Ala carte restaurants are lovely and waiters attentive and friendly. Scenery and Kos island is wonderful, definitely worth a visit.

We had a wonderful two week stay at Mitsis Norida 2 adults and 3 children ages 8, 7 & 6. All staff went above and beyond and we had a lovely time.
Big shout out to the kids club, who are a credit to the hotel. They entertained our children each afternoon. They nurtured, loved and taught them lots and both my girls were very sad to leave them all.
Thanks again ladies , you are a wonderful team and deserve the best.

Wow!! Where do I start, I would like to start off this review by thanking all of the staff especially sotiria, vivi Katrina, Elena fotini at reception Antonis and colleagues from the restaurant, they All did an amazing job collectively 👏👏
Last but no least our thanks has to go to the amazing hard working beautiful Mika 😘 who made our holiday experience exceptional without a doubt, nothing was too much for her and I’m sure she is a credit to her employers.

Would definitely return for an easy laid back holiday. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with stunning views. The rooms aren’t the most luxurious but have everything you need and always clean with simple design. Our room had an amazing sea view and just a short walk from the main resort but they offer a golf cart to transport you if you don’t fancy the short walk. All of the food and drinks were delicious and a great variety. Beautiful crystal clear water at the beach and so many swimming pools to choose from. Great entertainment in the evening but enough space to avoid if you’re not in the mood. Couldn’t fault anything about it. Family friendly but not overwhelming with kids stuff and children everywhere.

Amazing place to go. I wish I could go back there. My second mitsis hotel and it amazed me just like all their other hotels.

Really great hotel in a brilliant location, tucked away between a mountain and the sea about 5km north from Kardamena. Spotlessly clean, friendly, helpful staff, excellent food and drink options, numerous pools (including one with flumes for the kids) and a beautiful beach with crystal clear water and fish to snorkel with.

Numerous bars and food outlets; main buffet restaurant, three á la carte restaurants (Chinese, seafood and grill), a crêperie and ice cream bar plus a traditional pizza oven and a Greek grill serving gyros on the beach (so you don't even need to dry off and go in for lunch). 2 bars in the hotel, a Mojito bar by the pools and a Beach Bar as well, all open throughout the day. Staff work hard but are very friendly and all speak good English.

Can be hard to get a bed by the pool at peak times -as with any hotel - but there are plenty available on the beach.

Good entertainment options at night with two stages offering different options. Rooms are very clean and bright and have ice-cold air con (a must-have during the summer months as it rarely drops below 25C even at night).

We were in room 204 in the main hotel block and had a fabulous view of the sea and the neighbouring island of Nissyros, plus the mountains of Turkey as well. The route to some of the other rooms (separate to the main hotel) were quite hilly in places due to the lay of the land, so maybe ask when booking if that is an issue for you. Rooms have a minibar which is free and restocked each day with fizzy drinks, beer, wine and large bottles of water.

Kardamena with it's restaurants, bars and shops easily accessible by a bus which stops outside the hotel - €1.80 each way with last bus returning after midnight if you fancy a real session.

Car hire and excursions all available at the hotel - try and head up to the village of Zia for sunset and Kos Town to explore the ancient ruins and numerous shops/tavernas.

First time for us at a Mitsis hotel and it won't be the last. The best all-inclusive we've been to (and by quite some margin).

A very pleasant hotel. The willingness of the staff and their behavior was very perfect and raised the whole quality of the fire. A diverse selection of dishes. Overall a very nice hotel. The entire hotel is perfectly clean and the minibar is replenished daily. I recommend

Had a wonderful week(22 July -29 July)with my friends and family at Norida Beach Hotel. Everything was great , rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was great, especially a la carte restaurants. Mika was one of the managers , and she helped us with every little thing, and the rest of the service personnel was also very helpful. I would definitely return in the future and recommend Norida Beach Hotel to my friends.

Thank you so much for moving us to the best room with sea view. It was a blessing in disguise to meet you again here in Norida beach Kos as much as meeting you in Rhodes last year.
Norida beach Kids club and swimming lessons were cherry on top for my 4yr old daughter who was, so happy and just loved all her kids club staff who taught her many things right from painting to making hats to flowers and upto learning to play snakes and ladders woww woowww you have amazing staff at kids club makimg parents very happy. They are just too good out of this world catering best activities for children's personal development and growth. my daughter just loved your amazing kids club activities and enjoyed every moment of being there not to forget her swimming lessons by fantastic coach helpung her to swim.
We just cant wait to come back again.. Keep up the good work..

We have just come back from 7 nights stay at Norida Beach Hotel. We are family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (4 and 5).
The location of the hotel is great. You have sea on one side and mountains on the other.
Mojito Bar staff is amazing, they work really hard in this heat. Unfortunately I didn’t catch the lady name but she was serving us with 2 men. Always smiled and happy to help.
The waiters service at the main restaurant was also great. Big thank you to you all.
Food was tasty and everyone was able to eat something they like.
A la carte restaurants have to be booked on the arrival to be able to have a place there within 7 days of stay.
We had a dinner at Fish à la carte restaurant Big Blue and asked for white wine. When we asked for a top up we have been told that no more white wine has been left and waiter offered us rose instead! We asked to speak to Manager and he kindly explained that they don’t have any more this quality of white wine and we asked if they have lower quality and he said yes and brought us white wine but lower quality.
Unfortunately Crepes area was a big disappointment for us. Each time we visited this area was very busy and waiter service was poor. Waiting time to clear the table and place and order hesitated from 20-45 min. One day we cleared the dishes from the table and been told off by the server that we shouldn’t be doing it.
We had ants and flood in our bathroom and after reporting it to reception we waited 3 days to be offered room change possibility. This has been actioned after further email complain to general manager.
It is really nice place to spend your holiday but our experience would be better if they have more staff. It would be handy to have water stations around so you don’t have to queue 15 min to get a glass of water.

Weather food pools hospitality all 5star plus hoping to get back there next year 🩷🩷

The manager was just beyond anything we could have asked for. When we had our flight cancelled we needed a room for us and two little children late at night. He was not only so kind, understanding and patient but he entertained the children and just went above and beyond our expectations. He made our stay just perfect. The kids club staff were also on another level - I really think that Norida has chosen superb staff that make your stay even better than what you would hope for. Would definitely return no shadow of a doubt.

So clean , friendly and scenic. The hotel ,food and facilities were more than what i expected. The food is above average for all inclusive .They have everything you need for a sunshine holiday . The pools are really nice ,the beach is fine shingle, a clear blue sea with plenty of sunbeds and loungers

Mitsis Norida truly impresses. The cuisine is exceptional, offering a delightful mix of local and global flavors. The staff's hospitality is commendable, making your stay extra comfortable. Highly recommended for a remarkable holiday. Eagerly awaiting my next visit!

Just had a week here & it was perfect.
The staff in the hotel, bar staff, reception, restaurant, and cleaning do not stop, and they are all so helpful. Nothing is too much for them.
The hotel is spotless at all times.
The choice of food is wonderful and so fresh.
The drinks ( cocktails) are amazing. I cannot fault this hotel and the staff that make it such a wonderful experience.

We had the most amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous pools and stunning decor. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the lovely Sotiria, she was always so joyful and genuinely happy to help. She really made our stay extra special. The views from this beach front hotel are equally stunning especially from the fine dining restaurant overlooking the sea. The fine dining food is exquisite, we loved all of our meals from the 3 restaurants and the lovely Djazia was so smiley and friendly, we looked forward to seeing her each time we ate there. The food in the main restaurant was very good, with so much choice, which varied daily. We would highly recommend this hotel. Karen, Lily and Morgan.

Several hotels in an "isolated" location on the island, creating a sort of tourism village. Nearest village is about 5-10 mins by a car. The hotel itself (Norida) is very well maintained, got all the required facilities. There are plenty of pools and a private beach. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very family-oriented "all included" style.
Couple if points from our vacation: Seats by the pools are all taken before 0930. There is a diving club office on the beach. If you want to see the island it's recommended to rent a car or another means of transportation (there are quads and dune buggies in the hotel). There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, which require a reservation. There is always a place open with food (when the main dining room is closed - there are a creperie, pizza down on the beach and a gyros/burger/hotdog place further down the beach). There are multiple bars in the hotel. If you go out, there is an option to reserve a lunch box from the hotel. There is a water sports center on the beach and carting track not far from the hotel.

I had the best stay here with my friends. Brilliant location, great food, 10/10 customer service and fantastic rooms. We were looked after well by Dimitri at zone bar as well which was brilliant we spent a lot of time there! I’d recommend to anyone to go here. 5 stars!

We had the most fantastic weeks stay at mitis norida beach. It was a perfect family stay with a really spacious family room which was so clean and tidy. The mini bar was topped up daily which was a great touch. The staff were so friendly and always smiling. Cannot believe how hard they all work to keep the place looking fantastic. We enjoyed splitting our week between sitting around the pool and the beautiful beach which was great for snorkelling and had a brilliant watersports team. Cannot recommend this place enough!
